Havent many managers over years including Ferguson made mistakes.
Malky still earned us up to £160 mill in promotion money, sacking Malky has proved a massive mistake, we are now virtually a Championship club.
Malky was given a budget every season for 3 seasons and delivered the first 2 seasons and I believe given the chance would of delivered again, what more can you ask from a manager if he delivers the success on the pitch he was asked to get.
Before Malky left Tan sent his PR men out to ridicule Malky.
I cant wait for this court case, when will Malky walk away with his head held up high and show who really is the liar![]()

I hate that he never owed up to any mistakes and that he cowardly only spoke up against Tan after he left, only to divide the fans even more. In fact, if you believe he build the wrong squad and took the club in the wrong direction you are labeled red. Ironically the most common defence for Malky is that we where never below the relegation zone and he got us up to the premier league. Pretty much sums up the level on the discussion..

The abuse goes way beyond the usual abue a supposedly failed manager would get (Malky is the best manager we have ever had). I honestly believe that the reds hate him because he threatened to tear down their red vision and Tans empire here. Malky never mixed his words and some fans saw that as a threat.
It would certainly go someway into explaining how people could be so horrible to a man they have never met.

I think most people have opened up about mackays mistakes.
The same cannot be said about the people defending Solksjaer.

Now I am sorry but to compare this to mistakes Ferguson made is not even comparable. A promoted club should not be spending 8 million on an unproven player, who is signed for the future when they don't have a player within the squad who can score over 10 goals even in the Champoonship. A top striker should have been priority after promotion.
Before that he signed Velikonja (people try and say Tan did but Malky has already stated he was chasing him at Watford). He signed Brayford and never played him. His tactics to just defend games and hope that we would score from a set piece was so easy to read and play against. The longer the season went on the more clubs sussed us and the less points we picked up.
He even signed mediocre players like T.Smith and put them on massive wages to never use them after promotion. In addition to this, he got into a public slandering spree with Vincent Tan and manipulated his position to turn fans against Tan and on his side.
Nobody knows the truth of the whole situation but Malky made a host of mistakes not just one. He should have been more professional. I will always be thankful for him getting us promoted but I have a feeling Tan will be the one coming out of this court case with his head held high and not Malky. If you look at our form as the season went on it suggests to me Malky would not have kept us up and personally I can't blame Tan for not wanting to back Malky after he spunked millions of pounds.

His red and black f*cking ties spoke volumes.
Then when he and Tan fell out he started wearing a blue tie.
And the monkeys lapped it up.

Malky had time to buy his own players to play his style of football and was given years and numerous transfer windows.
Give the same to OGS and then chops off you absolute fungal.
