Thoughts on Malky Mackay

I am a long time browser and have decided to take the plunge. I am a staunch pro blue and will always be, Tan is a disease that needs removing and we are finally winning the battle. I am a member of the BU and will keep fighting the good fight to get my club.

The reason I have decided to sign up today and have my say is the despicable and cowardly posts by certain posters making topic after topic bashing Malky, a club legend. The man was simply irreplaceable and that has been proven since he's left. Have some bloody respect for a man that got us promoted, a man that stood against Tan and had to do one of the toughest jobs in English football at the moment. Why do people have such a hated for him?

Malky is a man like you and me, a normal bloke. He needs to put food on the table for his family and he is currently unemployed. I cannot believe people were jumping for joy when he was fired, the man lost his job for crying out loud. He loved this club and the posters that are bashing him all the time have thrown is love and respect back in his face.

How heartless, you obviously have no idea about the harsh realities of losing your job and having young hungry mouths to feed, a mortgage to pay all the while trying desperately to get the money you are owed. You may live in your perfect Daily Mail bubble but people are struggling out there. Money doesn't buy you happiness, losing your job, however much you have been paid can have a big effect on you as a person and I hope for your sake you never have to go through it.

I have been made redundant in the past so yes I do know what I am talking about. Some of the most outgoing people are depressed, to put himself out there at an early stage was a tough decision and one any proper Cardiff fan would support instead of mock and belittle.

Really enjoyed his tenure as CCFC manager, but times move on & really looking forward to seeing what OGS can do with a full pre season.
