1) you need to rid yourselves of this debt, the only way you can is getting Tan out so he sells your assets to pay it (himself) off. This debt to equity is a pipe dream.
2) you need to change the mentality of the fans and people who run the club and stop this "success at all costs, boom or bust" and even when the boom comes it is swiftly followed by the bust. You need to have suatainable success not flash in the pan gambles.
3) you need to live within your means. If you are earning £16m as a club then there is no way on earth you should be spending more than that. £16m was your income last year and you were spending £30m on wages alone - that is suicide.
4) you need to build slowly. Accept that NOT being able to go out and splash £40m in loans on players is a good thing, you need to earn that money otherwise it gets frittered away and you still owe it. Fans need to accept that building slowly is a long process indeed and a lot of hard work and correct decision making is involved.
5) EVERYONE must recognise the above points in order to move on as a club and fanbase. There is a reason you are £100m in debt, there is a reason you now play in red, there is a reason the pride has gone, there is a reason you now have a dragon badge.... The reason is too many peoole disregarded points 1-4 because they craved Prem football.

I think we can regroup in the Championship. Tan will not want to be here for a few seasons more of Championship football, he's either going to throw the book at promotion or going to shut up shop and expect Ole or our new manager to get promoted on a limited budget. Our fans are a strange bunch

Live within your means from a fan of a club who've gone bust twice,
Swansea is benefits Britain, someone will always pick up the bill

Its common sense isnt it?
If Tan sells all your assets to pay himself off and thus wants out then I may indeed make an offer. Although I doubt he would sell for what id be oreoared to pay.
Now wouldnt that be fun

Thats like saying Germans are all nazis because of world war 2.
Over a decade ago now and lessons have been learned from previous regimes. We have instilled a policy and an ethos and have lived within our means ever since while flying up the leagues within budget and within structure.... And now it allows for sustainable success.

Well the ones who were national socialists are Nazi's just as Swansea don,t pay their bills, considering the amount they owed they could have easily paid back the St Johns ambulance which is a Charity
