MALKY MACKAY Probably your greatest ever manager .

And you sacked him

It's going to hurt badly when you see him on fire at the Boleyn next season.

It'll hurt your eyes seeing your team sit on the 18 yard box until the inevitable happens and you concede if he becomes your manager. He's shite, Sean Dyche was the one getting Watford playing nice stuff.

Not when he's at a proper premiership club without Malaysian shackles and chains on him

I honestly found it hard to watch the games when he was manager. If you call great winning a championship and getting to a coca cola cup final, then there's hundred of great managers out there

He's got sooo much in his locker, that's what saw club Directors claiming he was the best manager ever. The Director in fairness about the only one who knows his football

Did brilliantly in his first two seasons. However he failed to evolve and improve the way we played when we got promoted. He paid over the odds for players and brought in some simply poor players. The brand of football we played was terrible and the fact he failed to bring in a proven striker just shows how stubborn and naive he is thinking we could stay up just by defending games and scoring the odd free kick and corner.

Saying that, if he learns from his mistakes and opens his mind a bit I think he will be a top manager in the future. Look at Brendan Rodgers, he got sacked at Reading, learnt some lessons and look where he is now.

I doubt they told him to play shit football. As I said, Sean Dyche was the brains behind the operation and it's showing with him at Burnley, getting them up playing cracking football on a budget 10x smaller than Milky had to get us up. I could have got us promoted with the budget he had and I could've made signings a lot better than what he did this summer, but then again so would anyone.

What do you base this on? The fact he didn't sign a proven goalscorer says to me he was very naive. And shackles? The guy spent about 60 mill in 2 seasons...

Don't forget the Malaysian chains that eventually weighed him down. Bought a bad striker agree, clearly wasn't one for the future as stated , was meant to do the job....... Not easy buying premiership playable strikers especially when just promoted unless you want some old crock. I would write a list of the shit Strikers we gone through but I will end up with arthritis in my typing finger. Maiga , 7 million and 40k a week ...... Just a starter!

Malky be a ledge when he comes home to the academy of football

That's like saying Michael Schumacher in a Jordan race car could never drive a Ferrari !

Can we have the Malky fist pump back instead of this crap ? :ole:

Wolves spent a million less than us and got relegated. Leicester spent countless millions more than us before finally getting promoted this season. But of course, yourself and anyone else could have got us promoted.

No Daya, I've seen a lot of teams managed by Big Sam and yes his football may not be pretty but most of the time does a job in the games against teams they need to beat. Malky tried to replicate that style of sitting back and then counter attacking/scoring from set pieces but just didn't have the tactical nous to snuff out the way most other teams played.

Why are you setting fire to Malky? I know some of his signings were a bit underwhelming but that, in my opinion, is way over the top. You ammers !!!!!

Jelavic, long and jerome all play for promoted clubs, all cost less than 8 mill and are all better than what Malky got.

A boring style of football with though far better quality players that cost millions well more than Malky spent . A style that does the job though ( just ) BFS gets a boards backing too, not a Malaysian football fruitcake asking goalkeepers why they haven't shot more !!

As I said you watch Malky shove it up the ungracious knockers on here after all he did for your club !

We only have about 3 players that can pass the ball that was his choice. he doesn't have an eye for that type of player. He spent a fortune on players so can't blame anyone else.

I heard Jerome didn't like Cardiff fans when he left for Birmingham - how true that is I don't know. However, to suggest long and Jelavic were more interested in moving to hull (one of the most depressing city's in Britain) and had no interest in joining Cardiff whatsoever is rubbish and you know it. We could have offered a better standard of life and probably higher wages along with that.
