I wouldnt say he is totally at fault, but at least 60%. 20 % The players, 10% Ole, 10% Tan.

Nothing to do with the circus off the pitch then..?

Love these sorts of threads when Polo is on one.

Re: Malky Mackay

That's why he won't get a job in the Premier league. His gross overspending has surely tarnished his reputation.

Didnt effect the players when we got promoted.

we are told that the protests and such dont effect the players by the organisers, so other off field stuff wouldnt either.

So you think those players were worth 40m then and all that was required on top of a squad of championship players who struggled 2nd half of the promotion season?

You and Annis were forever happy to talk budgets and value when it suited against Dave Jones so cime on lets have your thoughts on 40m for that pile of shit?

Malky failed to sign a proven goalscorer for the Premiership which in my opinion has cost us dearly ...... and so did OGS looking back over the season since January !

Milky got us to a major cup final in his first season then got us to the premier the next campaign
Please inform us on any other manager that has done that for us.

DJ got us to a real major cup final and to a playoff final on a budget tiny in comparison to Malky. As well as having to sell his best players season after season.

Malky was offered Remy on loan but turned it down and bought Cornflop instead.

£20 million of that was spent on caulker and medal. I will give you about £12 wasted on Acorn.

He was chased by several clubs before coming to us.

Re: Malky Mackay

Malky has to take a large portion of the blame, but there are others as well.

We have players we need to keep hold of next season. Campbell and whitts are fantastic in the championship, get rid of the deadwood and the players earning a f*cking fortune (medel, bellamy and Jones would dramatically reduce our wage bill)

Yet none made a bid.......

Like your theory before Tan took control that there were plenty of interested parties......

poppycock!

You are amusing when you lose your rag.

But there was interest in Acorn like it or not. I don't recall others making bids for Suarez Ozil or many others so you can knock that comeback on the head.

Regarding no interested parties do you know that for a fact no you don't.

I seem to rememeber someone (think it was Fulham) saying they had a look at him but he was way too expensive. Not for Milky obviously
