' Javi Guerra Will Join Cardiff '

Spanish striker Javi Guerra WILL join Cardiff City in the summer, according to the president of his current club Real Valladolid.

Cardiff sealed a pre-contract agreement with Guerra earlier this year but talkSPORT told you last month that the 31-year-old could opt out of the move amid strong interest from Espanyol.

The forward's contract at Valladolid expires in June and he has already agreed a three-year deal with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side, although it is has been reported that he can sign for another club if Cardiff succumb to relegation from the Premier League.

However, Valladolid president Carlos Suarez is confident Guerra, who has scored 13 goals in 32 La Liga outings this term, will end up in south Wales this summer.

He told Cadena Ser: "Javi Guerra will go to Cardiff next season.

in fact, a quick look at the site makes me think its all a bit out as it has Marshall on 45k, kim on 51 and bellamy on 54 (all euros mind) so we could quite realistically be paying less.
