I thought he flat out denied it before now he is relying on the fact that he made no changes.

Docking Palace points is a waste of time as it doesn't give us the chance to earn the 3 points we may have been wronged out of. The only fair outcome is to replay the game end of the season.

It will not be proved that the result would have been any different. Ole had two days to change tack so the result should stand.
We are as much to blame for having employees willing to help the opposition.
The outcome should be a reprimand for all those involved with a few sackings.

Tony Pulis is disappointed that Cardiff City have been so vocal in their complaint about Crystal Palace but insisted that it hasn’t overshadowed their achievement of securing survival.
The Bluebirds have complained to the Premier League that their team was leaked to the Eagles, who triumphed 3-0 in the Welsh capital.
But the Palace boss insisted that he had selected his team on the Monday and had not made any changes, whether he received the information or not.
“Cardiff [will do] whatever they’ve got to do,” he said. “It’s disappointing that they’ve dropped stuff out to the press.
“If we have to speak to the Premier League we’ll do it in the right proper manner.
“As a coach, I log every session that I do. I picked my team on Monday before we went to Cardiff on the Saturday and there were no changes.”
Pulis was reluctant to be drawn further on the situation and preferred to cite the unity between club and supporters.
“I don’t want to go into it,” he added. “I think the important thing is we talk about other things.
“The supporters, everybody, we’ve brought the club together. Everybody has come together as one. It’s been that community and togetherness that’s helped us achieve.”

Pretty much sounds that way. This is the sound of response you except from someone who knows there's a good chance the side he's involved with/in might be found out. If that's the case, of course he's going to be disappointed. What Pulis says may ring true and he may have picked his team then but it still doesn't hide the fact that, if Moody did do it, then the game in my opinion has been brought into disrepute and its integrity is questioned. How can football be seen as fair and based on integrity if this stuff is allowed to go on? The last thing the FA/PL need is stuff like this with people already crying out against all the other wrongs within the game.
If Moody is found to be guilty of having done it then the only fair thing is to replay the game at the end of the season and declare the first game void. Also, people saying we were beat fair and square are wrong in my opinion. Its not different from a boxers camp gaining information from an opponents doctor to find out he has an injured left hand and then using that knowledge to his advantage in the fight. Yes we got beat 3-0 but that whole result is thrown up in the air in my opinion if this sort of thing has happened. Of course, its still all if, buts and maybes at the moment. Docking Palace points is a waste of time as it doesn't give us the chance to earn the 3 points we may have been wronged out of. The only fair outcome is to replay the game end of the season.

You were beat on the pitch dude, well and truly. OSG knew the Palace lineup - they had fielded the same team 2 weeks running and had just beat Chelsea - Pulis had said he wasn't gonna change it and there were no surprises. Sometimes you just have to take your lumps and move on. We both know the game isn't going to be replayed and we both know Cardiff aren't going to be awarded any points. At best Palace will take a fine, and that will be all that comes of it.

Why some people are looking beyond the fact we could have scum leaking out confidential info about our club amazes me.
I for one want my club to do all it can to get those who have broken rules whether at palace or cardiff to be caught and punished if guilty.

What happens if there is a replay and we lose 5-0 increasing our negative GD. What if that sends City down?
