How does such a small club like Swansea manage to do it?
What is the recipe?
I am just scratching my head at those graphs baffled.

By the way the graphs came from a guy on twitter called @SwissRambler,He is very respected and has many followers. His graphs are also on Wales online. Here is the thread

Really speaking we're not that small a club being in the top 50 wealthiest clubs , I know a lot of that is obviously down to premier league money , but it's still pretty good
I think Swansea's main plus is that it's not one person making the decisions everyone on the board is involved including the fans representatives , like I say lightyears ahead of you reds

Its not a tricky concept.

First of all, we are not as small as many on here would like to make out. We sell out pretty much every single home game and are a big enough draw for players such as Bony to want to come to us.

If you spend less than you receive then you will make a profit, if you spend more than you receive then you wont.

We have a spending structure, a wage structure and a footballing philosophy in which continuity can be achieved and there are no big transitional periods as we fit the manager and players around the club and not the other way around. That way managers and players can come and go and it doesnt affect the clubs flow that much.

We are run in large by fans where the club comes first.

Ive said for many years we are the best run club in the premier league and that graph proves as much.

Yes the way we are run is at totally different ends of the scale baz , we are without doubt one of the best run teams in football and you are in many people's opinion the worst , look at those figures and tell me how long it would take you to achieve them

Bristol are a bigger basket case because they were relegated and are near thw bottom of league one too

I guess I can't argue with you there. I would look pretty stupid to even try. I resign myself to the fact that My club needs to learn how things should be done and learn fast. I think we could still survive relegation ( I am maybe slightly over optimistic) but there is a glimmer of hope to remain in the PL. come on bluebird watch over us from above so we can fly high the last 5 games and survive.

I guess I can't argue with you there. I would look pretty stupid to even try. I resign myself to the fact that My club needs to learn how things should be done and learn fast.
