He has been given an almost impossible task in double-quick time. Why on earth do any of you bother to turn up? Today is a dark day but we knew it was a crucial fixture and the added pressure must have had an effect on our team.

I'll tell you exactly what I'm on about. He picked the 11 after changing the side again and got it horribly wrong. Every man and his dog knew what Palace were going to do, flood midfield, come for a point and try and nick all three.

For some reason he played 2 in midfield against 3 whilst playing Zaha when he should not have been anywhere near the bench, and shoe horning Daelhi into a wing position when he isn't quick enough to go past players - he should be playing in the hole behind the front man and given free reign to make things happen.

He hasn't got the first clue what his best team is, and he's had three months to find that, while bringing in his own players who have not been good enough...Fabio, Jones & Zaha, are utter garbage, Daelhi will be good in time, and seeing as you love Ole so much, can you text him and ask where Berget is?

One thing he did do right was realise we couldn't score in a brothel with £20 hanging off their cocks, so he tried to make us organised and difficult to beat, with the hope a set piece might go in at the other end. Not great tactics, but I could see where he was coming from.

Now we look doomed.

Malky's demise was more complicated behind the scenes I think. He was doing a great job in many ways bug something wasn't right.

Trouble is now that if OGS goes, it will take time again. And who will want he poison chalice if 2 managers in a row are sacked?

I agree with 90% of what you've said here. It's obvious you know he game and the team. What is not ok is walking out before the whistle when the club needs support now more than ever. I'm sure you didn't do that, but too many did.

I think maybe playing Daeli was a bit naive and sentimental, trying to reward one of his imports for the goal.

The other thing is newly promoted clubs have trouble attracting stars so have Malky and OGS actually had much choice? Signings like Michu for Swansea are rare. Look how much they had to spend on Bony and they are established with Europa as an incentive.

We need some degree of continuity and again I agree with your point about rotation or tinkering. We don't have a huge strength in depth so our best side should normally play, whoever it upsets on the bench.

I'm afraid this is true, but a reflection of the season as a whole (Malky time included) leaves me felling we were pretty much on a loser from the start
