But City has a reputation plus the fact that hooliganism will never 100% go.. other clubs fans have scores to settle and see City as a challenge. That was one thing like it or not Citys hooligan element did, was divert trouble from the shirters.

Now imo shirters will get caught up in the odd thing because, the old gaurd are not around as much as they used to be.
