I have worked for the club for over 20 years and because I believe strongly in my family history - what I have been brought up to know nothing else than Cardiff City my company and employees have now lost the bond to work together with the club pulling the plug - I would never change my view for no one ever - I have never been anti tan but I always told everyone I'm blue - everyone knows how passionate I'm about the club - but this has really hurt me that people can cause a stir behind your back and not be man enough to say it to your face ! OK, we follow each others ups and downs on message boards, and some times revel in each others misfortunes. however, to hold a man hostage and tell him to change his own beliefs and feelings to accommodate and massage some tin pot dictators ego is nothing short of a bloody bully telling you he'll give you your sweets back if you like him.

One could argue that by filling his pockets every week we are all pro tan. We never gave up our season tickets like some some implicitly we are all funding the tan bandwagon. At least mallo will get paid for doing a job he enjoys for a club he's loved for years. The owner will be gone sooner than later in my opinion and no point bur in bridges for future. That's my thoughts. I have represented many clients that made me physically sick but justice always finds a way.

If it's just writing to the club pledging his support, then big deal To be honest we have all worked for bosses that we have loathed and had to act as if we liked them, as you work for them, you obviously have to support them to in all their decisions, the moment you find it unpalatable then you resign or look for another job, that life FFS, grow a pair, life's too short

To be honest I did not know this was going to be put up but it's like losing a family member when you get told something like this - it has upset me of course why wouldn't it - I would do nothing ever to harm our club and I hope you all feel the same - Cardiff City is the greatest club in the world for me and for forty years I have been watching the club my family have watched the same previous to me and for two decades I have had the great pleasure of working there - I don't disrespect anyone at all just very upset that someone can judge you - when they know absolutely nothing about you ! I still find it hard to be bitter as it's still my club and always will be - but for now I have much important things to worry about being my best friend my dad - please don't disrespect the club because your all better than that will always be blue - Always raise the roof last 7games and lift the squad to survival :

Mallo fair play mate you are a Top Man and I can fully understand your point that having a working relationship with someone/something you love beats income hands down.

To be honest I am surprised that Mallo has been able to keep his business interests at the club for so long since after the birth of the rebrand.

Tan wants to eradicate the blue from the club but he has to go about it in a careful way. One bit at a time is usually the way for the likes of Tan. I've been watching Mallo stand with interest as one I know the guy and two he has been part of the Cardiff City scene for many years. To me he was an easy target for Tan so lasting this long after the rebrand is a surprise to me.

Now Mallo has been removed I wonder what will be next.

Yes it is a total disgrace what has happened to Mallo but as I have said to him our time will come.

I'm no legal expert but I can't help but feel this is anticompetitive and against the law.

You cannot impose views on someone you are employing as a part of their contract. If Mallo had said he refuses to paint anything red then he's refusing to work but he cannot be expected to sign something saying he supports the rebrand when he doesn't or he doesn't get the contract.

Someone will know the ins and outs but this is similar to the bonus nonsense at Spurs, if true.
