Swansea, Man United etc were playing awful at the time, many other clubs in the bottom half have taken points from teams in the top 10 this season, if u want to stay out of the bottom 3 u need to pick up points on your travels, a fact, unless your beating every team that u are playing at home ect West Ham,Hull City.

We had our easiest away fixtures in first half of the season. Should have been more attacking instead of how we did setup.

If you take yesterdays game into consideration, its pretty clear that the team achieved way better than most would expect them to in a very difficult away game against a team that is expected to crush City in both games of the season.
To even be in a situation where not bagging 3 points at Goodison is a dissapointment, is a giant improvement by it self.
In stead of appreciating that improvement and appreciating that City actually played som attractive and clever football that frustrated the usual Everton heroes, you feel the need to point out that bagging points at old trafford earlier in the season should be expected from Cardiff City under the current situation.
Its not like City is a premiership regualar with loads of superstars running around on the field.
This is expected from the slightly below average football supporter.
But for you as a writer and someone that means alot to people around the club, your lack of realism and objectivity is scary.
In terms of the current manager being Tan's man and someone who came in after the rebrand etc.
Everyone with some logical sense should know that every manager in every club wants the fans on their side.
He obv knows how important being blue is to the fans and the city, and he obv thinks that Tan is a giant clown, just as you guys, and if he had any ifluence on the rebrand whatsoever, you would be back to blue in a heartbeat.
Unfortunately OGS was not born and raised in Cardiff or have been a Cardiff fan since he was a child, and yes he probably took the job to get premier league experience so he can land a bigger job later.
But that doesnt mean he has no passion for the club or sympathy with fans regarding the rebrand etc.
That should be pretty obvious from how he acts in interviews and other puplic appearances.
As a very important note, it should be mentioned that i am norwegian and a huge OGS fanboy, so im overly biased by that, but the above is, for what its worth, my opinion.

We finally found a consistent team I definitely wouldn't put fringe players in!

Yes yesterday we showed great desire against Everton and for some stages of the game we matched them, same at Spurs away, but once again nothing for our efforts![]()
We are once again relying on David Marshal match after match. Not just one spectacular save in every game but many.
Even match of the day pundits say " Without Marshal we would of already been relegated " thats how much we rely on him.
Not good really as we should be saying how the other teams goalies have saved them match after match.
We have not picked up one single point away from home under Ole, now that is very worrying. We need to pick up points on our travels if we are to stay up and that will mean winning at either WBA, Southampton, Sunderland or Newcastle, can it be done. of course it can.![]()
I dont usually moan about decisions and luck, but I honestly dont feel like we get many decisions going our way by refs at away grounds, some very poor decisions yesterday.
To stay up we need to beat Crystal Palace and Stoke at home without a doubt. We also need to get a point of teams like Liverpool or Chelsea at home. All the other teams around us pick up points of the teams in the top half of the division and thats why we are failing to catch up or go above them. We have not taken one single point of them this year, another worry, but It can be done, as like I say the other relegation teams have been getting the points.
I believe we have got the players capable of keeping us up and on their day they can beat or draw with most teams in this division and it has to start now with Liverpool at home next Saturday. We cant all go in to this game saying, its Liverpool weve lost this one, but we will be okay as we will win at WBA etc it doesnt work like that. Ole,the players and our fans have to believe.![]()
We beat Manchester City at home, drew with Everton and Manchester United at home, so why cant we get something from the lIverpool home game![]()
I believe 4 wins and a couple of draws and we will stay up, its not impossible, it can be done, its now time to turn these improved performances in to results![]()
