Wed Mar 12, 2014 9:04 am

I'm told on the grapevine that all fans groups from the trust to supporters club have met common ground after all meeting up and something will be released within the next few hours reguarding the liverpool game and hopefully more to follow. BLUEEEEBIRDSSSSSSS

It will say that its a return to blue protest and there is to be no anti-tan/racist/general unruly behaviour. Well it should if they want a good turnout.

Too many chiefs with egos not enough indians in our ranks it will turn into a farce.

From what I've heard, that's the angle that will be used. Any stuff like that will not be tolerated.

Encouraging everyone to wear blue, no tan out banners..

My prediction: Cardiff will be in blue vs Liverpool in a calculated ploy to quell supporter unrest & on an unpublicised agreement that supporters groups back VT in future. (11/03/14) If I'm completely wrong, I won't use the forum until next season starts

Hopefully they have and will stand together :ayatollah:

Just a question but don't the ccsc and ccst have to poll a vote to there members before they can officially support something like this ?
Some of the members may not agree with the protest after all !

Why would we want to lose tan , he's eccentric and has had some ideas which were not popular and in this business wrong . But rebrand aside he has actually been a decent owner and we could do a lot worse . Look at what the owners did to Leeds , Portsmouth , Southampton etc .

It should be a back to blue protest and on,y a back to blue protest . If he changes his mind and decides to stay I'm sure over time all would be forgiven and he will start to get the respect of the fans back .

He has just issued a statement saying in no uncertain terms he will not now or ever change us back to blue. What a complete waste of time this protest is going to be. We should have protested years ago for blue but didn't, when the protests did start I felt we were getting somewhere but Tan has dashed that hope. Tan has said he will walk if the fans want him to but will not go back to blue. Therefore you are going to protest about something that is not going to happen. Tan has said he will leave though so thats where the focus should be. I for one will not be there as it's Tan out or nothing.

And what if the person who buys the club off him is worse than tan ?
What if they change us back to blue but rip every penny possible out of the club and the threat of administration or liquidation rears its head through bad financial management again ?
Will we force them out as well ?
At least with tan the club seems in good hands financially and is not threatened with closure !
Everybody's mind including tans can be changed , fans and supporters groups alike just need to find the right angle and protests with tan out banners and songs calling him a wanker is not it .

Yep but people like you are not thinking of the future if you push him out !
Who is going to buy this club with money currently owed to tan , especially in the championship if we go down . The club would be Fucked , I'm guessing you would be happy then though because evil tan is no longer the owner .
How do you even know that a new owner would change it back ? Better the devil you know IMO

Are you suggesting we should have protested about a rebrand 2 & a half years before it was even implemented?
