Now, I was a browser on this forum during that time and the propagdanda and hatred that many had on here for DJ was astounding. Yet the same faces backed Malky all the way. Here is something for you all to consider. If DJ had squandered the HUGE amount of money that Malky had at his disposal on absolute shite would you still give him the benefit of the doubt?

It's just that he didn't praise the fans and the "group" all the time is probably why so many dislike Jones. Personally I'd have liked him back in a DoF role when it was rumoured late last year.

Agree and disagree
Jones would have spent the money better and im sure delivered more excitement but although im not a malky fan he took no messing and run a tight disciplined ship which maybe was what was needed to finally cross the line.
Under Jones it was like a holiday camp. He will say he let the players be responsible for themselves as they were adults, but todays gootballers need a tight grip with an iron fist.
