Nearly all were down to administrative and software errors and have been / will be sorted out by the ticket office .
Mine was also rejected then sorted with a simple phone call . Teething problems nothing more .

In the past it was done by Zebra Finance and underwritten by the Club who guaranteed everyone would be accepted.
For whatever reason this year they changed to a different company V12 Finance who have apparently been turning down a lot
of people and the club have said there is nothing they can do about it.
Luckily for me I am not affected as thankfully am in a position to buy my season ticket outright but what I find poor is people who are being turned down and told 'sorry, cant help you' by the club are people who have had their season tickets through Zebra for the last few years and paid every month without fail and would have just 'assumed' rightly or wrongly that they would be good to do it again.

Its not teething problems. Myself, son and grandson have been turned down even though we have had our tickets for 5 years on finance. Never missed a payment. When the season starts most of the tickets would be paid for. The club says they cannot do anything. Does not make any sense whatsoever.

I wonder how many people didn't end up paying there finance off and are in default ? Maybe that's why people are getting turned down as its not guaranteed by the club any more

I think the club should say something publicly about it as there seems to be alot of hearsay going on. Would help alot with fans who are having trouble renewing.
