DICTATOR!

Now i'm not pro Tan by any means. In an ideal world id like him to stay, turn us back to blue and act like any other owner would: working somewhere within the peramiters that the fans of the club are happy with (to varying degrees) but if that isn't to be then i don't want him within the club that i love.

With that being said the thing that really gets to me is when people describe him as a "DICTATOR" it really annoys me. It completely trivialises the unspeakable horrors that occured under countless dictators for the last 100-150 years and still happen to this day. Now i do understand where this mantle has come from but i still think its quite a stretch to compare him to people often responsible for the deaths of millions.

rebranding of a club to red, the fanbase should have its say and a ballot on the issue, like a modern democracy does. Tan doesn't care about his customers or for this comparison 'citiizens' so therefore is open to being branded a Dictator

I would say other clubs have a much better system or 'governance.' I grant you that most clubs are dictitorial & bordering on Dictaorships too in the U.K. In Europe & beyond this is not the case, i.e, Presidencies at Spanish clubs were the President is voted for like a democracy. Fans balloted on important changes.

no club is run as a democracy so ALL owners are dictators?......he has changed the colour we play in at home and our badge { rebrand }.........we choose to go there..choose what colour to wear..where does dictator come into it?

Personally, I disagree with you as im not worried about hurting the feelings of VT or making comparisons that are not completely legit.
