I would agree you have always been true to keeping the club blue annis but in reality this forum had a big chance to push forward as an example a bluebirds unite or keep Cardiff blue campaign but in reality I believe the forum kept away from fully backing any organisation until SAMs money was secured.
You as a person have condemned Sam for backing tan this week but he was given a free pass by Carl who should have condemned him as well in his column but I believe friendship stopped that happening.
And talking about chairmen interfering do you remember the good old days when kumar used to pick the team and send Joan hill down from the directors box with instructions and substitutions for Kenny hibbit .
And as for Sam he went into the changing room before during and after games and always sat in the dugout alongside his managers.
It's important to keep things in context here as although it was wrong of lim and tan to air their dirty washing in public and we can be outraged that tan had the temerity to enter the changing room before Newcastle history shows us that previous chairmen have interfered in a far bigger way for less investment.
On a personal note I would hope that tan would now see that over two seasons the rebrand has not benefitted the club from a financial point of view and would consider a return to blue but that would be admitting he was wrong and that does not exist in tans mindset unfortunately.
The other thing I have noticed is that outside of the message boards there are really a lot of people who are not affected by the rebrand or tans behaviour.

Agreed steve and for all the shit you get I remember when we both used to dip our hands in our pockets when the club was in the shit.
You with your sponsorships me doing works down the ground and little did we know that our dreams of premiership football would end up in the mess it is.
But then again this is Cardiff city so we should have known better

How old are you Thomas? Did you even think to look into what context that original picture has?
It concerns war and bloodshed in Libya. You bellitle the issues in that country by posting ans adapted version of it for a petty quibble about a colour.
THIS is what stops people joining our cause.
You saw a thought provoking photo that is saying something about the troubles in the world and the first thing you thought was that it would be a giggle on a football forum.
Appalling by the person who created it.

Grow-up you idiot, if you feel so strongly about world affairs, and the plight of Libyans here's the link to Amnesty International http://www.amnesty.org.uk/
Go show your support for the UN, keep the bombs falling & sanctioning murders of democratically elected leaders

Kids of today eh! That's it from me.
The board has become full of keyboard warriors and trolls. I'd be ashamed to take the advertising revenue.
The internet was a world changing invention just a shame it ended up being accessible to the dregs of society.
Back to the football and the football alone.

Hiya mate! Alright? wrote:The rebrand has failed. Although the team play in red and that truly awful badge still hangs over the stadium, It definitely hasn't been accepted by the fans, anyone who's been to games recently will see that its 95% blue. Fans who haven't worn colours for years are now regularly wearing blue. The club is now totally disjointed under Tans direction, but as long as the fans know who we are and stick to our tradition, I believe with time we will eventually win. In the last 30 years I've seen numerous chairman come and go with their ideas and beliefs, but the one thing that is constant is the fans, as long as we stay true to our traditions, we will eventually win. Wear Blue, stay blue!
