' Blue Card Appeal '

Good evening fellow BLUEbirds

I am currently collecting donations from fellow Cardiff City fans so that I can go an buy Blue Card. Once i have bought the Blue Card, we will pick a home game where the blue cards will be given out an held up as the players walk out to the chamt of WE'RE CARDIFF CITY WE'LL ALWAYS BE BLUE. I know that we will not get everybody in the ground to take one, but I am hoping we can get 10-15,000 cards depending on how much we raise.

This is a "fight" that I am not going to walk away from. We have all grown up, no matter how old we are watching the Bluebirds in Blue. Lets not sit back City fans, lets show Vincent Tan who we are...BLUE ARMY!!!

I will be in the Canton Sports Bar and then the Ninian prior to the West Ham game. I am going to try an set up a paypal account this evening for supporters who will not be at the West Ham game.

Come on fellow Bluebirds, lets unite and show the colour of our Club....BLUE ARMY

Feel free to inbox me.

Have you receieved my e-mail carl?

I also have a paypal account if anybody would like to make a donation. If you do my e-mail is candh108@rocketmail.com. This is not a scam just simply trying to think of something we can do at a home game to show VT the true colour of this club...WE WILL ALWAYS BE BLUE

Re: Blue Card Appeal

Great idea. 15,000 odd blue cards maybe 12" square held up in unison would be an impressive sight and one hell of a statement, especially if done before a live Sky game and Sky were forewarned.

Unfortunately, even if it was done every game it still wouldn't change VT's stance as he bought a club to change to red with a dragon, he didn't buy into football. He just wanted to advertise his RED DRAGON RIDE IN THE BIGGEST SHOPPING MALL IN THE WORLD, WHICH WAS BEING BUILT BEFORE HE EVEN THOUGHT OF BUYING A FOOTBALL CLUB. Read the post 'Why VT will never change the colour back to blue.'

Well I'm disappointed in these comments , of course something can be done, don't be defeatist. One thing is for sure if no one does anything will will stay red.
Tan would change like a shot when he realises the amount of feeling. One thing he wont want is international TV coverage of unrest.
Remember a faint heart never won anything. :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Sounds like a good idea in theory but how are you going to get 15,000 blue cards into the stadium. Not a chance in hell of the stewards letting you take them in.

Great idea, along with people taking blue scarves and banners this could work very well :ayatollah:

Why on earth not ? Can I suggest you HIDE the card

A piece of blue card isn't : Offensive, Political, Provocative: or a weapon. They have no right whatsoever to remove a piece of blank card from you.

Blue and white scarves are a better idea in my opinion more to be seen on TV than a card. :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Sounds a good idea to me mate - I would give you some money for this but not going to until there is already a decent amount of money for this coming in otherwise God knows where my donated money would go to...
Say now you don't collect enough money for the 10,000 cards, where does the money go?

Great idea and i will definitely throw money in a bucket if we see you at the ninian.
personally id sneak a card in under my jumper but one of the supporters group/Annis could probably advise if the club would try to stop you.
More likely the club woul arrange a counter measure like putting out red cards on every seat!
