Half hour from me. Perfect

Re: BOLTON away

Sun Jan 05, 2014 2:13 pm

Bit of a dilemma for Ole, as it's sandwiched in between Man City & Man Utd!

Re: BOLTON away

Sun Jan 05, 2014 2:13 pm

Why can't we get a good f*cking draw?!

Re: BOLTON away

Sun Jan 05, 2014 2:13 pm

That's 3 trips to G Manchester in 10 days...

Re: BOLTON away

Sun Jan 05, 2014 2:14 pm

Awful game in terms of fan reaction as they treat fans like shit and it's a Manchester area tie sandwiched in between City and United away! But it's a winnable fixture and we can still put a reserve squad out and hopefully get a win! :ayatollah:

May aswell get a hotel for a week up there for the squad.

Re: BOLTON away

What sort of restrictions can we expect? If we get the full stand like Blackpool did, will gold memberships be needed? None of my mates have memberships or STs

Re: BOLTON away

Where not fecking scared....... And we don't feckin care......

Re: BOLTON away

Quite happy with that. Good opportunity for us to get a good result quickly before we head to Old Trafford, if we get battered by Man City beforehand.

This type of draw makes you wonder why we loaned Kareem Harris and Joe ralls out. they'd be perfect for this.

Would be a nice gesture if the club subsidies one of the games

Think you'll find that Ralls is back and I think Harris is as well, although I seem to remember he was injured!

What will likely be the deal on memberships? I'm not expecting us to take thousands, but if the prices are right there's no reason not to take 1500-2000. I expect a few people will stay up there for one of the Manchester games as well

Probably only scrape that many against them if it was a 1/4 final would have thought they will be on general sale.

Wonder which team super kev will be playing for?!

Re: BOLTON away

Sun Jan 05, 2014 9:31 pm

This is a great draw for the team. They can book out a training pitch up there and stay the whole time, team bonding with the new manager, staff and signings. I want Ole to play a full side out for this, keep the momentum up. We are likely to see two defeats, possible heavy ones at OT and the Etihad, ideal draw to keep the morale up.

For all those that are saying they don't care about the cup, plastics in my view can kindly stroll on and not bother "supporting" the club anymore.

Agree on that, although I think we can look to take at least a point from OT. Utd are very ropey this year and if we can take a point from them that would be great.
People say Wigan got relegated because of the cup run, they got relegated because they were shit

It will keep morale up and give us some momentum besides going two weeks without a game is surely just as bad, ffs these players are pros and should be able to cope with two games a week.
