Look at the difference between Cardiff and Swansea though. Cardiff's borders cover a lot more ground than Swansea. Swansea isn't much more than a town lets be honest, there's f**k all there other than a swimming pool. If Swansea covered the area Cardiff did you'd have shit loads more pikeys. You ever been to Splott, Adamsdown, Riverside, Pentwyn, Llanderyn, Grangetown, Ely, St Mellons, Llanrumney? Swansea has it's dodgy parts, but they're not in the same league as some of Cardiff's finest. Not to mention of course that Swansea has the Gower.

Again if u going to post then look up what u say.
Swansea boundaries cover far larger area then cardiff.
Population wise there is 90 k more in the citys its self in your favor and cardiff has a bigger built up area.
But lets not forget swansea is built over 3 hills and has a city center in the valley and mouth if the river.
So in that we all know that and area of a hill is twice the size of a flat area of same distance.
