We have sold 384 tickets for Newcastle Away tomorrow incl 50 comps, so there will be less than 384 there.

That's a poor turnout.

It's not really,

It's just after Xmas
People don't get paid until end of Jan and got paid before Xmas
People are saving for Manchester games
It's a mission for a fa cup game

Agree, I paid £100.50 for 2 Man City tickets yesterday, will be paying another £115 for 2 Man Utd tickets next week, expensive hobby.

Dai, theyve been pm me, I told them No one is going, they are shocked. I am not shocked, we usually play second string/youth team and dont try to win the Cup game. After Macclesfield away that hurt me. good luck to everyone who goes tomorrow, u never know Ole might surprise us

384 fron a fanbase of around 25,000 is poor regardless.

I'm going to sit at the top of my stairs listen to radio Wales and stare at my subutteo set at the bottom of the stairs. It will be almost the same as being there

I never thought I would say it, last season made me lose interest in it, I wont follow a team to a game, where we did not care or it looked to me like we actually as a club wanted out of the Cup.

Where will everyone be heading before the game? Any pubs nominated or just blitz the town?

That's a big problem with cup games, the premier and teams going for promotion in the championship and div 1 play second string players and rest the others.Fans are shortchanged especially travelling fans.

So now the support is getting less, the clubs caused it all.

last years FA cup team was shocking......relatively speaking the worse team we have ever put out possibly any club has put out, some without another 1st team game.
if id thought Malky would be gone,id have given it serious thought.

Who's been pm you Annis, the Geordies? I'm going, along with my niece, with the supporters' club. Not been up there before. The last league game up there was on a Friday night, and I couldn't make it.

Including tomorrow, it will be three first time visits for me over Christmas. Anfield, the Emirates, and St James's Park.

Should we be careful up there? Don't really know what to expect!

Not bad considering after xmas and new year and last 4 away games have been Liverpool, arsenal, man city and man u. Just shows Newcastle is not attractive in the cup when many sides put out reserve players anyway 8-)
