He may have got us to the premier league But the football and the way he set up teams was total rubbish his tactics were garbage on a lot of occasion he didn't know how to change a game with substitutions he would just change like for like like I said I'm glad to she the back of him and all these people who feel sorry for him absolute bollocks in all that's gone on malky has played a blinder fair play to him and a lot of people have fallen for it well more fool them they need to look at the big picture and f*cking smell the coffee and take their blinkers off

My only remaining question is :"Did he use the (loyal) fans to "get the job done"?

Malky got terrific support from the fans and he returned it by applauding them. Just the same with Adkins at Southampton.

Any decent manager would have done the same.

Hard to disagree with your comments on the way we played. He did a good job to get us up though and we owe him that - he's a legend just for that. I didn't think he'd keep us up as the season progressed though - and I think Tan might have got this call right.
We've arguably got the most exciting young manager in world football; and that means he'll be able to attract better quality players in this transfer window -which could make the difference in us staying in this division. Ole will keep us up!!!

Admire him for what he did in taking us up etc but majorly pissed off by his final actions.
Increasingly I believe he had been sussed and was scheming an exit.

If DJ was given Malky's budget he would have taken us up no problem. Who are our 3 best players over the last few seasons in the Championship even Malky's last two seasons? Arguably Marshall, Hudson and whittingham. All DJ signings. DJ had to sell his best players a number of times and his transfer record stands up to anyone. DJ needed to go when he did he had lost the fans but he took us over when we really were in the shit and rebuilt the squad on far less than Malky had.
