They finished 6th in the Tippeligaen (Norways top division) and I am baffled as to why people think that he will do well here and is better than Malky.
Many young managers have worked under Fergie and there has been no real success stories from them all.

This whole issue of replacing Malky will cost the club more than what the so-called Malky transfers have cost the club IMO

Did OGS have £15m to spend on transfers in the Tippeligaen then?

yeah so? the standard of the league is irrelevent...
Molde is around the same standard as the other teams in the league, he managed them to the leeague twice and 2 cups, just because the players are lesser doesnt mean its less of an achievement.
your making out as if he is managing manchester utd in the norwegian league and he has a right to win the league, he was managing molde, they hadnt won the league in 100 years, thats like him taking over someone like stoke and winning the prem, if anythign it shows great management credentials, albeit on a lesser scale

"Tippeligen isnt even championship standard"
Meaning what exactly? If Mourinho took over Airbus UK would you exoect them to qualify for the latter stages of the Champions League?
Just because Solskjaer is manager it doesnt mean his team will posess the quality of world beaters as a result. They are still weak players in terms of the world stage and probably in terms of the Norwegian league too as they are not the biggest and best side in that league.
I just dont understand your logic at all.

How?
Malky was taking us down NQAT
Malky would have kept us up IMO but even if you take out the relegation costs out of it and look at the Cornelius signing because that was the one which everyone says was the main transfer issue.
Cornelius cost £7.5 million and wages
compare that to
Malky being paid off: up to £4 million
OGS higher wages than Malky was on
OGS now on a rolling contract
Paying Molde for OGS' services
then also
Paying off the backroom staff if not wanted
Taking on new backroom staff with probably higher wages
All that would easily work out more than the Cornelius outgoing.
