Chairman Tim Hartley said: “We are very disappointed that this meeting has been postponed at a time of great instability at the club. We’ve been told that Mr Tan will meet the Trust when the new manager is appointed and we now look forward to that meeting.
“Given the recent off the field debacle, we believe it is more important than ever that Mr Tan engages with supporter groups and the fans generally. This meeting provided Mr Tan with an immediate opportunity to start building bridges with fans and that opportunity has been missed.
“There are many questions the fans still want answered, around corporate governance and transparency, the club’s financial future and the rebranding. We will put these to Mr Tan at our rearranged meeting which needs to be held as soon as possible.”

For the second time, The Trust refused to back our protests once again against Tan as he had promised them tea and biscuits. Sorry but Tan has played u like fools like he did last Summer, regarding the Rebrand.

You know Annis i walked passed the Trust Office Saturday and had a quick glance. Usually I just walk by without even realising i have if you get my drift.
Anyway this time I took notice and there were two guys at the entrance. One sat down on a chair and made eye to eye contact with me. He came out with the spill about joining the trust and make your voice heard like. I said no thanks.
It then made me realise just how much does this Trust take itself seriously. I mean in this time of instability, their own words, there was one man sat on a chair during match day trying to drum up support. If they were serious they should have had the whole committee preaching the word.
Their statement was quite refreshing when I read it but their actions are just words and you are right Tan is playing them for the fool.

Why's that then?
because appionting a new manager is his priority right now..... and if im correct the questions for Tan were pre-agreed with no deviations, im guessing Malky would have been in some of those questions ??

I'd hope he's very busy with the board, arranging to get the right manager in.
If he did turn up to the meeting, then this thread would be aimed at him not taking the recruitment process seriously!!
Too much anti-Tan bollocks going on by the sounds of it.
