Time will tell. I do feel we would have gone down with Malky.

One thing you could always say was that Malkys players would run through walls for him.........they certainly havent the past few months.

you need more than heart and endeavour in the premier league, you need guile, quality and that bit of flair. We didnt have that and thats down to one man.

Lets hope we kick on and as a thankyou from Tan for backing his decision on Malky he reverts us back to our proper colours.

We'll just have to wait and see, I'll be there supporting our Club whatever happens.

Annis, Tan's next moves will speak volumes about how he thinks and how he is being advised

Survival can be the only goal for this season, as it was originally (for the fans at least) under Malky

I can't see us dropping down the leagues (like Blackburn and Pompey) as he has too much to lose; both financially and credibility (and he isn't doing too well on the latter already)

This will be a pivotal period in the history of Cardiff City FC and I just hope he listens to footballing advice

Here we go........the thought of success is more valuable than traditions and honour and respect.

He changed the kit, the badge, and shat on our chances of survival by acting like a lunatic.
I'm so angry about all this I really dont want to go tomorrow.....and I havent missed many games in the past 30 years.
Its a sad day. The bloke should have been given at least a season WITH proper backing. (not necessarily monetary either.....verbal would have been enough). How the feck could anyone work under those conditions????

This would help heal the deep scars that currently fester at Cardiff City FC.

Our club NEEDS the fans 110% behind it now,,,not as things are currently.

The rebrand alone is enough for me. Its sickening.

Any decent manager will want money to spend in January before he takes the job. 2-3 players to improve the first team and we should stay up. Keep adding quality in the summer and we could establish ourselves as a solid Prem side. With the stadium expanding aswel and a big fanbase we have the potential to be a big team.

On average a change of manager is worth an extra 7 points

flaunts himself in the media
HUGELY egotistical
No understanding of the game or the business he's in

He isn't like other owners at all

Crash tan's circus will go on and I bet the new manager will get money to spend so maybe he will get away with this mess

Tan has done the thing that desperately needed to be done and that was sack MM now he needs to find someone to buy the club as, in my opinion, that's the only way to bring the curtain down on this whole circus.


However well MM done during his time at Cardiff City without the issue of VT re-branding of the club his performance and more importantly the teams results this season would have seen calls for his head long before now. I will always remember him as a fans manager, someone who cared about the relationship between the club and it's fans but he took the £10m on offer from the re-brand without a second thought whilst giving it all "I understand how the fans feel about this" and as a result remained virtually undamaged by all the negativity.

Overall I believe we will come out of this stronger and almost certainly our new manager will be given funds to sign players in January. Hopefully that will be enough to secure our position in the PL for next season and we can again improve the squad during the summer.

If we end up being relegated let's hope our owner, whoever that is, has the stomach to continue to fund the squad and place us in a strong position to get promoted again.

Even Peter Coates said he used to talk to Pulis about tactics and players. Ive got no issue with Tan doing that as long as he doesnt force it on the manager

A lot will depend on who is brought in, until then who knows the current squad will have to dig very deep.
