OK, so how do you all feel about that?

Will he have someone (and I don't mean Vincent Tan :laughing6: ) above him in a Director of Football role?

Is he someone who can keep us in the Premier League?

Will he have 'room to move' in the transfer market?

I doubt it. Premier League jobs are really hard to come by for inexperienced managers. Its usually the same old cronies on the merry go round.
I really hope it is Solksjaer :ayatollah:

Ok, I misread a quote the other day.

Ole has a good record from his first season at molde, I think he won the league in his first 2 seasons, albeit the Norwegian league is no where as good as the prem.

Director of Football also needed. Dave Jones I'm guessing. Also needs 4-5 players and shift out half a dozen. On-wards and upwards. :ayatollah:

You need to ship out Conway for starts and get him of the wage bill.

Interesting, but this is the bit that made me smile...

Quote: "it would be interesting to see whether Ferguson would approve..."

Is Sir Alex now on the Board of Directors at Cardiff City FC? :laughing6: :laughing6:

Merry Christmas to you, Tony

The one thing I will say about Solskjaer is he has got Molde to win the title for the first time in the clubs history, so that must be some achievement. But managing a Premier League team is completely different and although he has Premier League experience as a player, he doesn't as a manager. This would be a massive, unnecessary gamble. We need a manager with a proven track record, not someone inexperienced and still learning!

Who ever its going to be its going to be a big ask to turn your season around.
You have been playing a system for so long it will take time to change.
Yes he might have some cash to bring in players but the core of the team will be playing the same football.

Palace and Sunderland are still playing the same but have new managers and I wonder how they are doing now under a new manager.
