To those who booed Taylor

Fri Dec 27, 2013 10:38 am

Yes Taylor had a nightmare and he was poor at Anfield but he gives 100%. 2 of the 3 goals came from his side (plus corner) but who was meant to be supporting him? Where was PW7-he went missing and left Taylor isolated meaning that crosses were able to come in easily. The 2nd goal KTP left Rodriges alone and ball watched.

The team was poor yesterday but from what i have seen Odinwinge looked totally disinterested. The rest played poorly. Too boo your own player is a disgrace.

Totally agree. Big fan of Taylor, but his confidence looks shot as it is. Yes, he was poor - that wouldn't have helped though.

Having a totally ineffective player in front of him on the left isn't doing him any favours either.

I don't see why Taylor and John can't start together. Either at left back and left midfield. Can double up and both can cross a decent ball

Being called a donkey by your own fans does not instill confidence either

 Crying about this still, yet happy to slate Whitts in another thread. King of the double standards!!!!

If you can't see the difference between calling someone a donkey on a forum, to booing a player off the field, then you're even more deluded than I first imagined.

Agree mate

Sadly our muppet fans have poor form with this over many years. Rhys Weston, Capaldi, Naylor all abused by our own. What are they hoping to achieve? Surely you'd be better off encouraging and supporting your players, rather than beliittling and knocking their confidence? Maybe it'll be more benefical to the team you supposedly support? Then again, our beer gut fag riddled fans would all do a better job.

He come past me on the wing a few times a few gave him a mouthfull but didn't boo, if I wanted to watch a sunday league fullback I wouldn't have to pay to and that's what he was yesterday along with a good few others odemwinge looked like he couldn't get in the dover athletic side, what a waste of 25k a week he is at times he was playing all over the place, some showers of shit on display weekly and I'll vent what I'm paying for how I like, if an opinion on a certain player is deemed a disgrace then so be it

Your the one with double standards as I just pointed out
You call gestede a donkey but don't agree that some one can boo a bad performance
Hypocrit is your favourite word to call others now I see why takes one to know one :ayatollah:
Why don't you just ignore my posts
By the way what made you think I was referring to you :ayatollah:

You just proved that you were referring to me... Stop being daft.

Cries about Gestede being called a donkey and not good enough, but quite happy to slate Whittingham and call him gutless etc.

Troobloo - king of the double standards! :laughing6:

I'll never ignore your posts when you're continuously slating me for criticising a player, then you go and do the very same thing!!

Odemwingie is about as much use as a fart in the bath, together with 6 or 7 others (the remaining 3 or 4 had an off day too).

Taylor's confidence is shot to pieces at the moment - looks as though he's a championship player at best.

We were beaten by a better team - end of: now time to get some points against the Macams (or we're doomed with the run of games we've got next month)

Ps - Malky, Tan and Rosie the Tea lady OUT!!

Quite right! Isn't the basic idea of a forum being a place where opinions can be discussed freely and openly. One of the joys of life in any context is to critique.

I tell you something, if I was on anything northwards of 20k a week you could all sit in my garden happily calling me donkey every day of the week! Ee aw, ee aw, ee aw! Anyone for a cuppa?

Re: To those who booed Taylor

Exactly! Troobloo is quite happy to,slate other players on here, but when somebody dares to criticise Gestede, he gets all upset.

Massive double standards!

They must have a special bond. :laughing6:

It was me who called rudy a beach donkey which at the time he was and another reason why he's not here I'm guessing. There's still a few playing weekly meanwhile we can all look forward to players for the future

Is this one of those sarcastic posts......both starting on the left??

I agree that John should be given a chance to push Taylor for LB place but, having them both start on the left would be a joke. They both struggle to beat a man and together, wouldn't be able to make the yards to get into a position to knock in a cross.

As overlap players, theyd have much more success at it.

Taylor is a very good player, as is Whitts and Turner. But if people keep on their backs how are they meant to improve? I hate that about our fans how they always find someone to rip into

I sit in the ninian stand and two of those goals Whittingham left Taylor totally exposed even the best left back in the league would have been fucked. When he came off you could see he was fuming, A lot of people quick to blame him rather than Whittingham who in my opinion has had two very poor games at home in a row now.

Re: To those who booed Taylor

Fri Dec 27, 2013 1:25 pm

The difference is Whittingham doesn't even try. Taylor has to defend the entire left hand side.

You don't need to be able to beat a man. Both cross the ball very competently and the left back would know the winger Is going to track back. Build from the back a strong team
