Malky offered to meet Vincent Tan on Monday anytime between midday and midnight, anywhere in the Country.
The offer to meet anywhere from midday onwards was made on Sunday evening by Malky to allow either or both sides to get to destination decided by Tan.
The offer to meet anywhere in the UK was extended to anytime on Tuesday Xmas Eve but both offers were turned down by Tan.
Malky Mackay is trying his upmost to get this meeting held between the two but Tan declined both days.
Mehmet Dalman went to London Monday afternoon to meet Tan though to discuss further the situation regarding Malky Mackay.
There is No way this can continue, Tan and Malky will never be able to work together again in my opinion.

It sounds like to me that Tan already has irons in the fire.
Therefore is in no great hurry to speak to MM.
Tan clearly doesn't care about the PR disaster he is causing both to himself and more importantly to CCFC.

Mackay remains in charge – for now – though he is in the dark over his long-term future after being snubbed by the club’s owner, Vincent Tan, in attempts to hold clear-the-air talks before Christmas.
That has left the club and players in a state of deep uncertainty ahead of two crucial home matches this week, starting on Boxing Day against Southampton.
Mackay is trying to maintain ‘business as usual’ on the pitch but admits the upheaval will soon take its toll on the players and staff.
“You can’t keep washing your dirty linen in public without it affecting the club,” he said. “If this situation continues, then it will affect the club’s chances of staying up in the Premier League.
“I have a steely determination to make sure we stay up and we have a great set of professionals who are remaining focused on the job.
“But I am not naive enough to think the players don’t read the papers or watch the news. I have to protect them and we have regular dialogue to let them know how things are and make sure they remain focused on the job. This is a busy time but our chances of staying up will be affected.
“I especially feel for the fans because they should be enjoying this season in the Premier League but are being dragged through front-page headlines rather than the back pages of the newspapers.”
Mackay, who has received widespread support from fellow managers, is clinging to his job after receiving a stay of execution from Tan a week after being told to resign or be sacked.
That temporary reprieve was negotiated by chairman Mehmet Dalman who has, however, failed to bring the two parties face-to-face. Mackay, 41, said: “I have been asked if I will meet the owner and that is something that is for the good of everyone and the club going forward. It should be sooner rather than later.
“I wanted that meeting to be Monday, but that was declined. I asked for Tuesday, but that was also declined. Then we are into Christmas Day and game day after that, so it now looks as though it will not be until the end of the week. I don’t know why the meeting has been called but after that I will take stock and see exactly where I am.”
Mackay, who led the club back into the top flight for the first time in 51 seasons by winning the Championship last season, has maintained he will not resign.

Malky Mackay
However he says that he had expected to be given the elbow following events last week that came to a climax with what appeared a farewell wave to fans after Saturday’s 3-1 defeat at Liverpool.
He said: “I felt I would be sacked at the weekend after I declined to resign. That is why I went over to our fans at Anfield, because of the support they have given me over the last two and a half years.
“All along, I have been crystal clear that I will not resign. I love my job here, and I love living in Cardiff. And I won’t resign.”
Mackay says the issues must be cleared up after Tan allegedly criticised recruitment, style of play and team selection in the email that demanded the manager go.
Mackay said: “I was deeply upset by the email. There are certain areas that have to be addressed after reading it. Until they are resolved, we will have to wait and see.
“The chairman is a good man and has been trying to help, as have I, for the past three months. But ultimately he is not the man that makes the decisions that have led to this point.”
Cardiff are 15th, four points above the bottom three, but can pull clear with those home matches against the Saints and Sunderland. A daunting January fixture list follows, but Mackay said: “I don’t know how there could be any more pressure than we have had in the last six to eight weeks so my situation doesn’t change.
“The following match will be the basis of everything.”

Can't blame him, no point in being bullied and staying quiet.

i agree with Annis, they cant work together, Malky knows this too. and therefore knows there will not be a meeting which results in happy families. so why ANOTHER press conference?

Not looking good.
Tue Dec 24, 2013 4:38 am
Im sorry but Malky being saved his job for 2 more weeks simply isn't good enough. This football club won't be sorted until either Tan gives us our identity back and lets Dalman take care of all Malky related matters, or Tan leaves.
Until one of those happens our club will continue to be the laughing stock of the nation! Protest on Thursday!
TAN OUT

Malky's playing a blinder here. Wonder if he wants to meet in order to get confirmation that his job is safe or just to press the right buttons in order to get a pay off.

Tans nose has been knocked out of joint by all this for sure, he's been made to look like a fool internationally, in his own country, in the UK and throughout football at the highest level. For such a proud race where face is everything he must be furious that he has managed this so badly.....

Malkys turning himself into the villain. The last couple of days have turned a few things round in my head.
I now think Tan has called his bluff. He probably knows that Malky has something lined up and by giving him a stay of execution he's putting the ball in Malkys court.
In my opinion Malky seems to have responded by playing games with the press and fans.
On Friday we heard that Tan was flying to London for a series of business meeting over the next few weeks so it doesn't surprise me that, after setting a Friday date for his meeting with Malky, he's not willing and maybe not even able to change it.
I think I agree now that it's inevitable that Malky will go.

Yes i believe MM is going, don't think there is anyway back from yesterday. Come Friday i think it will be the parting of the ways. The timing is incredible with a busy Christmas period, i feel the attention will be more off the field Boxing Day than on it which i suppose Southampton will be happy but not so much for us, bloody tragic.

a very embarassing situation for ccfc fans staff players etc and one that is damaging are club in everyway.
I want malky to stay most of us want him here but if Tan wants the man out ffs just do it if he sees a chance of him staying have the damn meeting and get things sorted make a club statement and move on.
This is a joke the way Tan is dragging CCFC through what should be a great season for us in the prem instead Tan has no clue how to run a football club .
The constant meadia attension towards the club is damaging and its only a matter of time before the players suffer which i think it took its toll against Liverpool and that includes Malky how is he or any player going to keep 100 % focus when all this is going on.
The situation is totaly unacceptable and has to be addressed as soon as possible.
IF it continues we will be back down in the champ.
I am very angry with Tan and have been since he came here the man in my eyes is an arse hole who is miles away from conecting with this club or any other football club.
No man is bigger than any club hes had his chances and for me ever since he rebranded us and called the old brand a falure that was it then for me .Its time we all stopped sucking up to Tan and its well overdue that we stand by are club manager players and for are identity .
To ME he listens now and changes this situation or we protest like mad and get rid of this dictator of a man .
An impossible situation for the fans players and management of are club and it has to stop and now.
Tue Dec 24, 2013 11:06 am
Tan is quite prepared to prolong the agony for Malky and the fans as well as the club. At least Malky is the grown up here by trying to meet as soon as possible to address the situation. Tan on the other hand is being evasive which is doing him no favours in relation to his integrity.

It's Christmas and he lives in Malaysia, maybe he's busy, is he still in the UK?
It's been three months, another day or two won't make much difference.
Malky is growing in confidence now, he is not scared to voice his opinions to the media, I don't think he's that bothered if he stays or goes with the £2 million...
Tue Dec 24, 2013 3:53 pm
He wants the sack and will get his wish before long. Wants to leave with a fans fanfare. Well Hooray for malky and thanks for everything. Lets not let pride come before a fall.
