" Strange that Our Chairman has never heard of him "

Sat Nov 30, 2013 8:35 am

By Carl Curtis Saturday 30th November 2013.

Rubbishing the reports of Turkish manager Yilmaz Vural having an ‘agreement in principle’ is one thing, but where was the overwhelming support for Malky?

Being that Dalman is a Turkish-Cypriot with knowledge of football, having played at professional level; I find it strange that our chairman says he has never even heard of Vural.
http://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport/foot ... ty-6355540

He does not need a vote of confidence, as his team’s results are proving his worth to the club but I am sure the fans and staff would like the club to release an official statement so we can concentrate on the football.

I read Mehmet Dalman’s statement on WalesOnline, but his words didn’t go far enough for me.

Why isnt the fact the chairman has stated, on record, that its a load of nonsense enough?

A statement a few weeks ago from CCFC said Malky has the boards full backing. What more can they say?

There is no mention of supporting Malky Mackay, the speculation has been ongoing for weeks in many of the national papers and I believe a statement backing our manager at this time would put it to bed.

Whether Mehmet Dalman has heard of Yilmaz Vural or not, or whether he is saying that he hasn't heard of him to belittle him is irrelevant, he's made it quite clear that he's talking tosh!

It's a non story, so move on!

The only thing that will put the rumours to bed and allow the fans, players, Malky, all the staff and everyone else at the club (including Tan) to enjoy the rest of the season would be for Vincent Tan himself to make an unequivocal statement that he and the board of Cardiff City back Malky 100%. :ayatollah:

There's no point in this guy's. There is a few people with decent football knowledge who have never heard of him. Just because I'm Welsh I don't know who manages tns or Barry town.

Tan Sri Vincent Tan said, “I have every faith in Malky and his team to lead us through the challenges of the Premier League. I have supported him in the past and will do so in the future for many years to come.

“I would say to all Cardiff City fans and everyone connected to the club, let us look forward to the future and remain united in our support of the team.”

Why don't we look at the bigger picture instead of raking up the same old Shyte
The club is moving forward at an incredible rate.
1.We held our own against the biggest club in the world last week and we are playing best club in the land today.
2.Plans are in place to move this club further forward with ground expansions and improvement to training facilities.
3. The club within the community is making huge strides.
Can anyone name another club who as given a 1,000,000 pounds to local charities and our forces !

Do you think this being done by a badly managed club ?

Tans puppet I can assure you not the case. There a huge difference between puppet and asset and Tan knows that more than most.
I think you should show a little more respect for a person who has huge respect among the wealthiest men of the world that's a fact.

Mehmet Dalman is not Chairman only on Tans terms and is more likely to go under his terms
Than Tans.I too am fortunate to have privileged information which mostly remains private.

Ok Danny, but thats not how Tan works, I am led to believe by people who are close to him and work for him, that its his way only.

got to agree the echo have been stitching up cardiff fans and the club for years and now carl is writing for them i dont believe a word of it ,seems that certain people are just stiring things up to destabilize the club ,its been happening for years even before tan came along
