Tree surgeon wood is usually fresh wood which isnt good for woodburners,its great if you can keep it a year or two but not much good fresh as its too tarry. Softwoods are also a no no, for the same reason.ccfcbluebird wrote:Friend of mine is a tree surgeon. just text him now for a price for u.

Other than that the only other place I can think of is TESCO Extra in Pengam Green mate. They usually have some stacked in the foyer area as you walk in around winter time.

I wouldn't buy fucall from topstak they are a rip off. I sell tons of logs £50 a ton, cardiff is abit out of my way tho (bridgend) I am also a chimney sweep and service log burners. The amount of people having log burners installed is mad, getting busier and busier.
