I imagine this is to approve the transferring of shares and creations of new shares for the debt to equity, or would that have to be a full AGM?

I still cant understand how some fans still belittle and have ago at the ones who stayed strong about our identity and the Blue, We should all now get together and be one and take no more shit, Premier football is not the be all and end all. Pride and Respect means more in my opinion, which our Club has lost

Tan and Simon Lin are not even in this country so no point having a Board Meeting till they can get here. Seems a bit obvious to not hold a meeting without them. Very sensible.
