709 which is over twice as many as you took to West Ham despite it being our 14th game of the season, including 3 trips abroad :thumbright:

Oh, and we both lost :thumbright:

Now they've been turned over by a below average championship side, it'll now be seen as a Mickey Mouse cup, unworthy of their presence

3,000 to West Ham, 3,600 to Fulham, 700 to Accrington. Great support there. It's not going to happen every game, we're not United or Liverpool

Yes, you'd think they would wait until after their own game before taking the Mick, eh?

That's the problem with the Jacks when they come on here. totally predictable and always setting themselves up for the fall

Still, I guess they need to take full advantage whilst they have a small window of opportunity to 'Lord it' over their capital city rivals in terms of league position

With Malky MacKay and the determined Vincent Tan, I honestly believe 'normal service' will be resumed on all fronts in the not too distant future. Maybe not THIS season, but sooner than THEY appear to think ;) :ayatollah:

Worse in what way?

Everybody loses matches, especially with a second string.

I dont think anybody took the piss about you losing to west ham, all i saw was people taking the piss about your following. Carl said only 180 travelling paying fans, thats crazy. And then to make up we took 91 when we took over 700 is asking for ridicule.

You said Brum fans were "expecting" to lose (which would be fair enough under normal circumstances) but as both Cardiff and Swansea have proven in recent years, NOTHING should be taken for granted in the Second String Cup and I was merely making the point that it was (possibly) worse for Swansea that they lost when even the opposition faithful (loose term obviously) had little belief in their own team and came away with an emphatic win ;)

Dont think its little belief, they are in a league below. They probably didnt realise we would be putting out largely a secnd string.

Fair enough imo.
