Malky Mackay says he is "relishing" Cardiff's trip to Fulham but remains wary of wary of Fulham's "five or six individual match-winners".

Cardiff forward Peter Odemwingie could be rewarded with his first Premier League start for the club after scoring on his full debut during the midweek League Cup defeat at West Ham.

The Bluebirds boss also reveals that despite signing a new contract in the summer, defender Kevin McNaughton has been allowed to join Bolton on an initial month-long loan, and says the club's longest-serving player could potentially stay in the north west of England "until Christmas".

That boy kakaniklic is very dangerous , TC will be really tested this weekend likes to go wide and to the byeline so his tackling will have to be spot on , can't allow him to deliver crosses to bent and berbatov or we will be in big trouble .

Kasami on the other side seems less tricky so will suit Taylor , he is more than capable of keeping him out of the game :ayatollah:

This game will be won down the flanks IMO we need to get at Richardson , there defence is slow as shit we could really hurt Fulham with our pace

Malky will stick with the tried and tested method although I still dont think they are sat deep enough.

No doubt we will be parking the 64 bus again, hope malks play's a more attacking formation, we seemed to play our best footy playing 4-3-3 last season

Fulham fear they could be without keeper Maarten Stekelenburg for the long-term if he needs a shoulder operation.

The Cottagers' summer signing from Roma got crocked in the win at Sunderland on the opening day of the season, and hasn’t featured since.

Stekelenburg aggravated the problem in training and has been having pain-killing injections in a bid to fix it.

Boss Martin Jol said: “He will be out for the next two weeks and then we will make an assessment.

“If it is not right, it probably needs an operation.

“It’s a matter of over-stretching all the time and then he feels a lot of pain, so we have to be very careful.”

No chance. 4-5-1 and 2 chances per game is what we're in for

Keepers get too much protection. Should be 0.2

Absolutely bossing this, should have scored more. Officials against us again with that disallowed goal.

Fulham made 2 subs within 40 minutes as well. Could work very well for us in the second half

1-1! :(

That's what happens when you allow shots from range in this division. I've been saying it all week that if we let shots come in from range we're going to concede one and its come as a shocking blow right on the stroke of half time there.

Taylor at fault should have won the header

disallowed goal, should have stood, they have had 1 shot and scored, 25 yard curler from outside the box, we totally bossed that half, if we keep doing what we are doing i can see a few more goals going in for us

We've bossed them all the way through but we've GOT to put some of these bloody chances away - we've had about 10 corners and should be 3 or 4 up by now.

Hopefully we'll come out exactly the same in the 2nd half and keep creating chances...

We look twice the side they do. 2nd half lets give them hell... :ayatollah:

Still created after they scored, hopefully same again second half, but more clinical in front of goal :ayatollah:

The way we are playing is great their goal was fantastic no stopping it. Just keep it going second half don't let that goal affect us confident we can grab the 3 points

Sat Sep 28, 2013 3:01 pm

We need to be much more clinical. I don't want this to be another 'should have' could have'performance
