Gutted about FIFA 14

I've been really excited for the release of FIFA this friday, I love playing Ultimate Team and the prospect of mixing my squad with Cardiff players was something I've really been looking forward to, but I've just logged into the web app to take a look at the Cardiff player ratings and I'm really dissapointed.

Basically our entire team is SHIT.

We don't have a single Gold player in our entire squad

This surely must be a first for a Premiership club?

It's really disappointing. I thought Medel would've at least kept his rating from last year which was 80.

Our highest ranked player is Caulker at 74.

Racism at its finest.

I hope there's a way you can edit the stats because if Gary Medel isn't at least an 80, it's a disgrace!

You can't edit stats in FIFA Ultimate Team mate.

You can't edit stats in FIFA Ultimate team mate and stat updates rarely change player stats that much.

FIFA ratings are always shite the people who collaborate them must no nothing about football medel should be 80 minimum. Caulker and odemwingie 76 or 77

I was really annoyed as well because I love FUT also and I was looking forward to having a Gold BPL team. I planned on having Medel, Caulker and maybe Bellamy in it but I guess not. The ratings will still be good for Career mode and Online seasons though.

I was looking forward to doing exactly the same thing mate. Its definitely taken the edge of my excitement now. I might give it a miss until the PS4 version comes out.

The game is out (for season ticket holders who can download it) and the stats cannot be edited for FUT.

Why aren't the rating the same for UT as normal mode FFS I see no reason why they should be diffrent

They all start as those ratings but FIFA do updates every now and again where they may go up or down by a couple of points. Unlikely for Cardiff though as they only tend to do it for smaller clubs when a player does something amazing.

Fifa changes them weekly for friendlies but they won't be changed on UT anytime soon.

Gary Medel is a 78 now on FIFA 13, how has his rating gone down just because he signed for us, makes no sense.

Fifa have always given us shit ratings. Peter Thorne should have been at least 89 in fifa 03..

Shocking. Downgrading our players just because they've signed for us. I don't play FUT but I do play career but luckily you can edit.

Does anyone have a full squad list of the ratings?

Huddlestone rated higher than Medel, Chamakh still a 76-78 despite doing f**k all bar a few goals in the LC last season. Absolute joke, we won the f*cking Championship. I'm sure I read it's all about levelling out the overall rating as if we had too many players we'd be a four star team which would be debatable from a non biased POV but it's unfair on Medel, how can you justify a 5 rating decrease because he joined a recently promoted team? QPR still had high rated players and they stayed the same. Hopefully the ratings mean nothing and we play good. I relied on pace and finishing from Campbell usually
