I'm not voting on this one just replying. Chris Coleman is not the problem here. It's the structure of welsh football.

Gary speed and his staff got away with having complete control.

The only way they could do that was by winning! Gary speed was untouchable the FAw were powerless.

Unfortunately events changed all that and those that backed speed quickly became a thing of the past whilst the FAw regained control and employed there "yes man" in Coleman.

I voted No, only because I would rather him stay for a year then get rid and maybe get Giggs or Bellamy in there. In my opinion 1 of these 2 would straight away get the respect of the players and could have the same affect as Speed was.

If we got someone else in right now no doubt they would just be an average manager at best like Coleman when 1 of these could be great. Worth waiting I think.

My worst fear is though that John Hartson might get somewhere near the next set up though. That would be a total disaster.
