excellent choice..

No thanks. Name one striker we have who is good enough for hoof ball tactics? Kenwyne Jones isn't Welsh by the way, regardless of his name.

What Wales need more than anything is Loyalty (someone who will stick at the job if they are doing well) and intensity. I would say Coleman at least offers the former. Giggs only the latter. Pullis would offer both.
I think you would have to be a moron to play hoof ball with this squad and Tony is not that.

Brilliant choice even if he's not everyone's cup of tea. We will play ugly football but we'll be hard to beat, he built his teams into a real physical presence side and it would really help us. We could even be effective if the tactics were right and played the right teams. Pulis is available and should be the next Wales manager if he wants the job. The Wales job isn't a poisoned chalice, it's a good job with a good squad. I'd love him to be appointed but by the looks of it Coleman is getting a contract extension for two wins against a below average Scotland side

Oh and I thought I would chuck Mark Bowen's hat into the ring as well...

He'd have Hartson back in a Welsh shirt...
I agree he's possibly the best Welsh manager going at the moment, but I'm not sure I'd like his tactics in the national team...

Like i said he cant be no worse than coleman, and hes a passionate welshman

Pulis is a far better manager than Coleman.
Fri Sep 06, 2013 8:20 pm
Tony f*cking Pulis.
What the f**k are you talking about?
Football is moving on. The reason we can't compete (and nor can England) id that we don't have enough players who can actually pass a ball.
And you want Tony Pulis?

Agreed entirely.
Pulis built Stoke up year after year and dealt with the continued improvement of Premier League squads and made them extremely hard to beat. Got them to an FA Cup final as well. Coleman nearly took Fulham down. Ruined Coventry and Real Sociedad and done ok at 'Larissa' Pulis is a much better manager and much more passionate

Unfortunately, we need a foreign manager!
We don't have a good enough welsh manager around at the moment...

Swansea back four can pass a ball well(the Welsh players) Allen, Ramsey, Ledley and Jonny Williams can pass a ball well. Sorry but the reason we can't compete is because of an inept stupid c**t. Pulis football isn't all about hoofball. It's about being hard to beat and he done that

Tony Pulis wouldn't take any shit off the suits in the Welsh FA and just get on with the job. We are going backwards with Coleman, plus he's isolating half the Welsh fans being a staunch Jacks fan

It's not even club bias, even the Jacks don't want him there. He's got Hartson who jumps at Cardiff quicker than you can say obsessive/bitter and useless backroom staff alongside him. Pulis would say f**k off and wouldn't give a shit, he cares for his nation

No pullis could do a job for us,the welsh fa need to wake up and sack coleman

Why always opt for a Welsh Manager? No-one will take us anywhere.
If we are happy to have a foreign captain surely we can have a foreign manager?

Would Giggs trn up for friendlies?
Fri Sep 06, 2013 11:05 pm
I don't think Pulis is the answer.
I still think Giggs would be ideal, reading Bellers book, he agrees he would make a top top coach and I think we would get him with Moyes looking like he will Fck up United.

Pulis is 1 hell of a manager!! If he steered us, like he did at Stoke, into the prem...
He would b a living City legend!
Ok, his style at stoke become unpopular and unstylish.
I believe he's more of a manager than that! He adopted a style of play to keep Stoke in the prem.
I hope he proves himself other than the shirt football he conducted at Stoke b

Foreogn coach needed im afraid.
Weve got good players we just need a good coach who understands the international game.
Sat Sep 07, 2013 8:14 am
Id be happier with pullis over coleman.
Given our position, our first fully fit 11 players would make a decent team. When we stary missing players we will struggle. We will not attract a top manager.
I believe realistically we will only attract managers ofchampionship and below sstandard and having a quick think id settle for someone like kenny jacket.

So you're happy to have a foreign coach, but you refuse to attend because we have an English born captain who fell in love with the game because of his Welsh grandfather, made a point of learning the anthem, and never misses a game?

Agreed. Can't really see a Welsh manager that I'd want in charge.
We've got so much potential that we can't afford to waste.
