Mind you didn't I see you admirably offering to sponsor a local team, as long as they advertised your business on their shirts, but that's different i suppose.

Saw Brownie on another thread trying to edge back into the CCS for the Man City game his stay away protest is cracking under the pressure of watching premiership football

Unlike your first real time of watching football around 1999 due to your vast rugby playing career I can remember the times when football shirts never even had sponsors on them. In fact Gwyn I was inthe Butchers in Rhiwbana last weekend and your name come up in conversation because we were talking about this forum actually and hows nuts it can be. Anyway someone said 'and that Gwyn Davies he only stated going down there when SH was chairman!!!' and the amount of people who agreed with that person was unbelievable!!!!

Not cracking at all or edging back..? In fact the opposite has since happened and Ive turned down my fathers offer and will be meeting him in the pub before and after the game. To be honest he is very proud of my stance and even through he doesn't agree he fully respects my opinion.
So tell me, hows the fundraising for the Ninian going Jinks..?![]()

Well if you heard it in a pub, then it must be true, a bit like my £400,000 house that Sam Hammam just bought me.
I bet the lads that travelled with me over the years must be confused now, they must be thinking, if that wasn,t Gwyn, then who was it.
