Hard to see a win here, but anything is possible until we pick the ball out of our net,

Could be 4/5 - 0 to man city. We performed worse than I thought we would yesterday. No one stood out and we seemed a bit lost.

We need at least another 3/4 players just for survival, then we will go from strenth to strenth.

We got nothing to lose against man city, everyone will be expecting us to take a hammering, we may as well go out and try a few things out.. play with a bit more freedom. I just hope we put in a good performance and match them for good parts of the game, get the home crowd going, and you never know.. We may just rattle them a bit. Agreed. nothing to lose against a team like Man City. expect to lose and anything else is a bonus.

If you are expecting a relegation fight then GD comes into play come seasons end where there is only 1 or 2 points between the bottom 4 or 5. So try to keep the score down is often the call of the day against these teams.

As you saw yesterday though, easier said than done, they are deadly. We has as many shots as them but got crushed, they don't miss.

Winning the Championship and winning the Premiership are two entirely different things sadly, so if Cardiff can limit Man City to winning by no more than 2 goals they will have done well.

City need to get a few more games under their belt to get used to the pace and the ferocity, allowing the players and management to adjust. In some ways its better to get the more difficult teams out of the way first because that way, when you come to play the lesser teams, you have been used to playing up against the very best and you have elevated your own game because of it.
