No different to when i was a kid.We were in the top flight then. And we did it in BLUE.We were playing Arsenal Chelsea and most of the rest.So why is this our Greatest season.Difference is that Tan is using us as a plaything.Treating the club like a toy.Eventually he will get board ,and leave us in deeper shit than we were before.Beware of Greeks,or Malaysians ,bearing gifts.

Please don't bang on about where his customers on your 3rd post, and disrespect everything the Malaysians have done for this club. You talk about 'WE' wont accept the colours or the club crest, yet we have sold 22k home season tickets with countless 1000s waiting in the wings, once the stadium expansion has taken place by 2014.

We have gone from being hours away from admin/liquidation, to a championship winning campaign gaining promotion to the EPL after 52 years. We have smashed our club transfer record twice in a few weeks and a possible 3rd time when Capoue sings. Red/Blue with a serious question, Does colour matter if there is no club? and please don't say it was never red or dead as that at the time was never an option when Sam left us in a utter mess, and I thank the remaining Directors and people like Steve Borley and Michael Issac and PMG for doing what they did at the time.

We all want the clubs colours to stay blue. Its far too late in the day for fans to keep on dragging up the same questions and insults everyday. Its like groundhog day on here each and everyday with the same posts, day in day out. My question to anyone who writes these posts or blogs, no rubbish, no insults, no BU, Please give me a honest and realistic business plan that will help the club should we not be in this position??? Ive asked many times and I get waffle, no serious questions or answers just waffle. Some of the so called anti-reds have even suggested that with the PL TV money we will be ok? but at the time we were borderline admin/liquidation this did not come into question, so that is not an answer.

We now have, a club with a stable and sound financial footing, a ground begging for a multi-million pound sponsorship. Stadium Upgrades planned for the next 2 seasons and a training ground that's due to be announced, a competitive playing squad... most importantly when its finalised A DEBT FREE CLUB. I remember once, listening to an interview by Kev McNaughton when things were at its worst, CCFC once trained in the stadium car park because we had nowhere else to go.... come on lads.... we are PL and teams envy the players we are getting and what the owners are doing for the club. Yes they will make money, yes they will sell the club for countless million when its all done, but again they have done exactly what they said they would do and much more, and I cannot fault them for that.

Why cant fans just understand, we have gone from on the brink of closure, to a very bright future, and i seriously applaud everyone at the club from Tan to the cleaners.

Thank you.

Great post mate and I'm sure you have summed up the way the vast majority of fans feel.

VT came up with his planned vision regarding making the club more attractive to the rapidly expanding Far eastern market and in return offered us the investment and security needed not only to stay in business but to progress to the highest level.
Whilst it was a huge price to pay the vast majority were prepared and still are to go along with it for the sake of the club that they love.
They put the club's needs ahead of their own as true supporters would, and yet we still have some sayingvOK you stuck to your part with the investment, infra structure training ground etc and long term security, but the bit we agreed to we now want to change our minds.

And with regard to the 5% that people keep quoting, in truth it's not even 1% because as far as he's concerned in the business frame of things how many customers actually walked away, and how many have rushed into to take their place.I'm sure he doesn't see someone who reckons they are against it, yet hand over their money as opposition.

If enough fans were that strongly opposed and refused to support the club financially, then it may have made him change his mind, the tiny numbers of those prepared to do that.

It was in our hands as fans, and the fans voted with their money and their feet and turn up week in week out in their record numbers. :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Hero, I didn't mention that did I?? you must be on about another post. Greatful was the words used in my post, as far as my club goes, Yes VT and the Malaysians came on that white horse and saved the club from a curtain liquidation.

'Leave the club in good hands' I agree with as my post states, he is a strewed businessman and rightly so, will make money on the back of his INVESTMENT.... but my question if you read my post was 'AT THE TIME WE FACED ADMIN/LIQUIDATION, what other option or hero's where there?? Surely the BU have respected Millionaires on board??

Like Gwyn rightly said, balls in your court, cough up about £200m and change us back and you'll go down in history!!

Simple really... aint it, but don't worry yourself im sure after selling about 50m of your BU t-shirts at £4.00 each you might have enough.
