Set to sign for us tomorrow according to someone on twitter, would be happy with him if Malky could sort his head out and concentrate on the football.

hes going to Palace.
if anyone genuinely thinks hes going to Cardiff then lump on at 16-1

I also thought that he was odds on to Palace for 2million. A bargain at that price. Think very similar to Campbell and Maynard.
Sun Jul 14, 2013 1:06 pm
Off down the bookies getting on that

Doesn't look like a parody account looking at the previous tweets and number of followers.
Sun Jul 14, 2013 1:33 pm
I wouldn't see the point when we've got Campbell, Cornelius and Maynard...
Sun Jul 14, 2013 1:36 pm
Not a fake account this guy is usually spot on
Sun Jul 14, 2013 1:43 pm
More of a target striker than Maynard and Campbell .
Would be a good acquisition but I feel we need strengthening in other areas.

Parody accounts do tend to have a lot of followers.

Sun Jul 14, 2013 2:49 pm
Would be well happy with this.
Wouk be even funnier if we hi jacked the palace bid
Sun Jul 14, 2013 2:52 pm
I'd be happy with this, he has a reputation from his Deadline Day drama back in January but he was probably ill advised by his representatives.
The guy knows where the net is and has Premier League experience, something we are lacking.
Sun Jul 14, 2013 2:54 pm
I'd have him here any day. PL experience and knows where the goal is.

First post on here having been an onlooker for a while. At a decent price he'd be a good signing, was banging them in before the qpr debacle!

Crystal Palace will reportedly register a formal £1.75m offer with West Bromwich Albion for Peter Odemwingie early this week.
Eagles boss Ian Holloway has the Nigerian forward a transfer target in the past week, as he looks to build a squad capable of achieving Premier League survival.
Following extensive negotiations between the two clubs Palace will make a concrete offer today, and according to The Telegraph are confident of securing his signature.
Odemwingie has been told not to report for West Brom's pre-season tour of Austria in the hope of forcing a move through, but the Baggies are thought to want £2m for the unsettled striker.
The 31-year-old has been linked with a string of English clubs in the close season, including Queens Park Rangers, Hull City, Sunderland and Fulham.

And not Cardiff

Found a link now with us interested -
Cardiff have reportedly joined the race to sign West Brom's unsettled striker Peter Odemwingie this summer. Odemwingie is set to leave the Baggies after falling out of favour following his well-publicised attempt to try and secure a move to QPR in January. Several Premier League clubs are interested in the Nigerian with Crystal Palace thought to be leading the chase for his signature. However, Cardiff have also apparently now expressed an interest in the 32-year-old as boss Malky Mackay looks for proven top-flight talent to aid his side in their bid to stay up this season. It is thought an offer of around £2million would be enough to land the striker, but the Bluebirds face competition for Odemwingie with Palace, Fulham, Hull, Swansea and West Ham all monitoring his situation.

Putting off what he done in the last window and judgement on the field then 2-3 million is a steal.
