Went down club shop this morning to try and buy more blue retro tops and none my size left, I asked when will more be in stock,they replied you will be waiting a long time Ok I said how about new blue away shirts,replied with once club has sold thousands of red first, blue is being held back on the orders of above. Can you give me an idea,another reply you will be waiting months, were red now get over it

If you were spoken to like that then you should contact the club and make a complaint and that individual should be fired. The way you were spoken to would be down to the individual employee and not the clubs stance on blue.

The away shirts always get released later than the home shirt. This is nothing new and nothing to do with the colour.

Our club has a history of being poor in relation to the club shop operations. Again nothing to do with the rebrand and promoting red.

I was in the store yesterday and it is like a red empire. Very little blue on display.

I asked one of the staff about the blue away kit and they said that they were expecting to sell the blue kit a lot easier than the red kit. They also stated that the blue shirt outsold the red shirt last season.

Yes Carl did say this, 15,000 Red tops were sold last season and about 3,500 Blue,but only that many Blue because our club refused to have any more Blue made.
Also there has been an incredible demand for Blue Retro shirts in the last few months and our club did sell out, they also have said there will be more, but won't give any date.
It is also true, the club are being inundated with requests for this seasons Blue kit, but as expected our club want to sell as many Red shirts as possible first. Blue will be limited again.

I will not be buying any red clothing or anything else red from the shop, my names bobbyblue for fuk sake not bobbyred
