I'm ITK for Today (Tom Ince)

Sat Jul 13, 2013 1:57 pm

I've just been speaking with a friend of mine online and a guy joins the convosation claiming to work in the Northwest media( i checked it out and he does) He swears that Tom Ince is waiting for Cardiff to sign top players before commiting himself.

Then why did he lie about family commitments? He could have just said it was not for him at this time.

Now when he signs after we've bought Messi, he will look like the most selfish dad of a 2 week old baby in the history of the world. :D

So you're saying he gave Malky a deadline until Friday to sign quality or he wouldn't sign? ffs I've heard it all now.

He thought wannyama would sign, when Southampton got him. Tom lost faith in CCFC. Our chairman is once again trying to do things on the cheap, because he's a classless man maybe.

Out of Politeness & respect for MM he may still join so why burn his bridges? come on think it through...........Why would he slate Malky's set up in public?
Selfish dad? why?It could be argued raising his son in Cardiff is step up. Do you not like Cardiff? :?

Sorry old bean but I don't believe it. I'm more inclined to believe that his dad has been in his ear telling him to hold out for a "bigger" club making him believe he's better than us. Terms were agreed (35k pw according to reports) 8.3 million fee agreed (according to reports)

Wanyama was being touted by his agent to get the best deal possible. We made a 10m bid according to Lennon,so bidding 18.3m on two players is hardly doing things on the cheap. Just my opinion of course.

His dad is telling him to wait and see if Cardiff's big talk about tranfers will come to anything. Why join a club in a relegation battle?

We were outbid by Southampton for Wannymam. FACT. Is that not true? How come that happened if Tan wasn't taking the piss in negotiations.

But we dropped out of the Wanyama deal a good week before Ince said no. He could have said no then.

Think it's bullshit but that's just my opinion. Let's just move on now and forget about daddy's boy who will in time end up costing Blackpool a lot of lost money. As much as I would have loved to see him here at the end of the day we want players who are willing to play for the club. If you sign him and him I might reconsider.............. f**k off :malky: :malky: :malky:

So you think that Tan had something to do with Wanyama? Thought he gave Malky 25m to spend as he wishes on players? Perhaps Malky seen 10m as more than enough for a player who cost 900k a year or so earlier. Come on now blaming Tan is just the easy option. Saints bid more than Malky was willing to part with? Is that not hard to understand?

Malky's job is to locate talent, Tan dictates monetary policy. When did Crdiff pull out? How do you know? I read that Celtic refused Cardiffs terms of payment, again this was not MM doing but Tan.

I didn't say Cardiff pulled out. All I read was we offered 10m. Didn't say we pulled out because as you said Celtic refused anyway. Perhaps the quoted 10m was as far as we were willing to go? Again it's only what I've read in the media as I'm not itk in the slightest.

You said we 'dropped out' :D . are You going to argue about the nuances between dropping out and pulling out now? Either way Southampton out bid us because of Tans Policy, We lost the confidence of Tom Ince because we didn't sign Wannyama.
But Ince is still monitoring the situation, can Tan do the right thing?Pfffffft

Now, as hard as this might be for you to understand... There is only one person at fault here and that's the one who did not put pen to paper, but hey don't let the obvious stop you having a cheap shot at Tan.

Yes I will argue billy big bollocks because I didn't say we "dropped out" if you read back I think you'll find Wayne S said we had "dropped out". Gets your facts right.

Paul ince said to malkey, he can commute and train a few days per week, because he wants to be at home with his family, malkey said no.
Right decision for once.

Not saying its true but I suppose it could be plausible. TI said he was impressed with MM and Cardiff itself but may be just wanted to see us sign more players as a sign of intent? TBH if I was in TI's shoes I would probably do the same.

Perhaps it actually is because he became a father? If I became a father and my missus wouldn't move I'd stay. Kids come first.
