CITY SKY GAMES !

Heard today through someone that sky have chosen us for 2 games for super sunday this has been sorted with the local constabulary as they need to know and they are going to be our home games v MAN CITY 4 PM and then SCUMSEA 4PM the police werent happy about this one but sky didnt bat an eyelid ,they want that derby as there super sunday game...going to be a bouncy atmosphere that sunday with a few beers sunk before the game and sky will build that game right up.Sounds pretty plausible so have to wait and see if thats correct.Bit gutted that we have to wait for the sunday for man city but thats the prem for you

I'll be shocked if the Swansea game is 4pm Sunday, we usually have it before lunchtime

they may not be announced until the 8th but sky have to send details to the local forces for them to arrange everything.

The week we play Swansea, Liverpool play Arsenal so it'll be both them games most likely.

Cardiff vs Swansea - 1.30pm
Arsenal vs Liverpool - 4.00pm



The Man City game would have United vs Chelsea on also on the Super Sunday.

no positive it was a later game cos i remeber there being a few hours in the pub if it was earleir it was at least 1 ish,we also played that game late in the season so it wouldve been lighter weather wise as well.

Defo 5:20 cause i was downto my last 2 quid til payday put bet for 2-1 win and went mentle when chopra scored won me 30 odd quid then got pissed it town with the winnings

I can see Cardiff v Man C being the Monday night game or indeed the 12.45pm on BT Sports on the Saturday ..... hope there is no game on the BH Sunday otherwise it will get in the way of an all day Sunday piss up

Cant see bt broadband having games until later in the season, their channel doesnt start until next month so they cant choose games till then, when sky annouce theres next week all the clubs will almost no when they are playing etc

They are going to want to have games for next month then. That's the whole point of there channel starting next month it's the same time as the football season starts

my point is, they are only havin what 36 games a season? so their going have to be clever what fixtures etc to have. if its true about them annoucing on 1st august that isnt no good for the clubs due to allocation etc and tickets go on sale alot earlier then the championship

I always thought the Man City game looked a favourite for TV coverage looking at the other fixtures.

What a mare I've had. The latest I could go away on holiday was Sunday 25th August. Thought I'd be unlucky if we didn't play our first ever home Premier League game on the first weekend or the Saturday of the second weekend.

My only hope now is that its the 12:45 Saturday game, but reckon it'll be Sunday. The bastards.
