Poll: 2013/14 Predictions

It's early days yet, but it would be interesting to see how confident people are for the season.

Nobody has signed yet, but we are being linked with some exciting prospects.

How do you think we'll get on?

A slightly optimistic 14th for me. 15th/16th probably more likely but some good signings and we can do well.

Interesting to see that the majority are quite optimistic.

If any of the players we're being linked with materialise, it's going to be an interesting season that's for sure.

1st. Like any other league I expect us to win it all.

top 10 finish

13th - I believe we will avoid a relegation fight but won't threaten the top 10 either. We'll be unbeaten vs the Jacks. A great debut season

Really? You may not like the guy but that's ridiculous and doesn't show you in a positive light in the slightest.

16th.. Think we will see us a bit like Southampton this season... Few good results.

Just merely a prediction

I havent lived a sheltered existence like what seems most of the regular posters on this forum.

I have street smarts and knowing society like I do, if Chuckles behaved in a pub, the way he behaves on this forum, somebody would have given him a hammering by now.

My guess is when he is not behind the safety of his keyboard he is not that condesending and argumenative.

Similar could be said for you.. You go around here calling people twats etc... If you did that in a pub, you'd probably get a beating too, no?

Fact is, I have differing opinions to many on here. Mainly the rebrand. I should be able to air these views without fear of threats or intimidation. If you don't like my opinions or posts, then you can use the ignore facility.

I'll admit that I find Chuckles argumentative style really annoying but he has never insinuated a threat towards anyone from behind 'the safety of his keyboard.'

Yet your post does exactly that. What I would suggest is you start using some of your self proclaimed 'street smart' and understand that you are not exempt from being a keyboard warrior yourself.

At the end of the day this is an internet message board and we all post remotely away from each other why make an issue of it?

Not paranoid, just saddened that you resort to the way you have behave this morning.

It's very hard to determine tone on the Internet, written words can be interpreted totally differently by two people. That is the danger of Internet forums.

I've read your posts today as a direct threat to me, this may or may not be true.. I hope it isn't true as I think that would be very sad. This is just an example of how easily posts can be misread.

I will debate my point & exercise my point to argue that point (too much probably for many) and won't stop to do that. That is the whole point of forums, afterall.

I've also seen the negative side of Chuckles on this forum but the appropriate response is not threats. You can ignore him you know. You are acting worse than Chuckles ever has. I would advise you to nip this in the bud.

Chuckles loves an argument, about absolutly everything and always has to be right

but this casual guy has done nothing but be abusive to quite a few posters since he joined. no need of it really, i can only imagine how little attention you must get in the real world to be like this on here
