Ince YES, Wanyama No

Mon Jun 24, 2013 2:47 pm

Fair enough Wanyama looks a top player, but at 12mil and the wages could be to high for us. Cardiff need to spend within their means, swansea for example have signed 2 players, 1 for free and 1 for 475k who cud be equally as good as ince and wanyama who wud cost 18-20 mil between them. Whereas i think ince will be good value, surely we cud find someone as good as wanyama for a cuple of mil, he only cost 900k originally. Dont want us doing a QPR!!

Why does everyone wank over Swansea for f**k sake, Laudrup's got some of these in simply because Uncle Huw won't pay money for players

Im not wanking over them I hate the dirty smackrats, Im just saying we should watch what we spend, im sure cardiff could find someone equally as good for 4-6 mil. 10-12 mil is alot of money, the type of money teams like arsenal, spurs chuck about

Wanyama has the potential to play for a top four club in the future he is a class act and only 21. In a few years he could be a 20millon pounds plus player so he got a sell on value

But Cardiff cant afford 12 mil on 1 player! Some fans make me sick they do not care about the clubs finances just want to see glory

The amount of times I've heard 'they do it the right way'. As if the fans had anything to do with it.

Everyones seconds favourite team is seems.

Sounds like you know your stuff. Why don't you apply for a job?. Yet you say 'their' instead of 'they're'. You sound like QUITE THE RETARD yourself.

Yeah cos we are guaranteed to get relegated arent we? The better players we sign the less chance of getting relegated.

Stay up, get a couple of good seasons out of Wanyama and he could pay double what we paid.

And another thing:

You were not even born in Cardiff and have an avatar sayin "Cardiff Born & Bred". Who is the retard?

How do we even know if Tan wasn't lying about £25 million? I reckon he did it so teams wouldn't pressure us to buy. :ayatollah: :malky:

It's okay to spend 8m on a player whose played in the Championship his whole career well most of it but not okay to spend 10m on a Champions League proven player

We are premier league and we gotta spend ,our turn over this season will be around 90- 100 million with mini 60 million just in tv money ,that's with out gate reciepts ,sponsorship etc if we spend 30 million in cash up front and increase our wage bill by 15 million we would still be in massive profit ,we got to spend to survive and if we don't we will do a reading

What about the 100 mil of debt with 7% interest? You just want to add to it do you?

The only reasonb i refer to swansea is because they posted a profit of 17mil, won the league cup and finished in the top half of prem. Why would i not want cardiff to emulate that achievement, suppose you think cardiff will be in the top 6 isit buyin these players at inflated prices

Malky gets told off if he doesn't spend, gets told off if he does spend, can't win either way. He had the opportunity to strengthen in January and he said no

What has that got to do with anything? Because I want cardiff to follow a succesful business model and be succesful and produce a annual gross profit. Go back to bed numpty

Couldn't give a f**k if the rats won the premier league. Don't have to compare us to them every thread. And no I don't think Cardiff will finish top 6. I would be happy if we finished one place above relegation but signing players like Ince and Wanyama with obvious quality will boost our chances of staying up.

Agree 100%. People are going well over the top thinking ince represents value at 8mil. Powder puff championship player with potential, nothing more.

The celtic kid looked quality in his division and in the champions league, powerhouse of a player with a fantastic attitude and engine. I'd take wanyama in front of ince all day long.
