It's "who are" Nukes You could use "who is the average troll" as this is the possibly the definitive article in the singular rather than use of plural in a singularity which would of course be perfectly valid if one considered string and possible chaos theory but I digress...

Strangely enough I've been pondering what these "people" did to pass the time before the days of the internet. In fairness there's not that many of them, several are quite obviously the same person with a different login id and were most likely to be found at the ends of the platforms at Cardiff Central with their flasks of soup, notebooks and cameras. That's when they weren't to be found working in their favoured professions, that of the Traffic Warden or Park Keeper....
