Massive Heart attack aged 51.

Spent the best part of the 2000's watching this man Portray one of the most iconic tv characters there has ever been.

His name James Gandolfini may not be known world wide but Tony Soprano is.

Thanks for the memories, And rest in peace big man.

He woke up this morning and got himself a gun, for the final time.

RIP big man

Any James Gandolfini fans get a hold of the film The Last Castle, with Robert Redford. Not the most commonly well known film but its absolutley superb.

Shocked he was only 51 mind, that means he was 36 when he filmed the first series of The Sopranos. Looked a lot older.

Terrible news, only 51.....he carried a lot of weight though, so not totally surprised.

RIP....fella

Why would his death make you want to watch it. I couldn't think of anything worse to do. I have no interest in re watching them in the near future.

Yes I have seen every episode.

My poor memory is not as bad as your shit attempts to melodramatic.

Scary coincidence is I was talking to my dad about 8pm last night and he was saying he has started watching them from the start again whilst waiting for Breaking bad and Boardwalk to return.
And we then debated on whether Tony was killed the end, and I believe he was killed off.
My last words to him were "Face it Pop's Tony is Dead".

Sadly only a few hours later those words would ring true....

Rest in Peace, Screen Icon. :notworthy:

Mate this thread is for fans of the show to pay respects to the star of that show, and not for you to attack other people's opinions and attempt to be clever
So if you wouldn't mind showing a bit of respect eh

I heard a few years ago that he had a real problem with Charlie.

For those specualting on whether the Sopranos will comeback, It'll be a run of the mill gangster set-up without the complexities/vunerbilities of his Character (in my view)
