Comparing a managerial appointment to a shirt change like Tans.

Comparing how Newcastle are run to how Tan runs us. Mike Ashley has made gaff, after gaff on Tyneside. Changed the name of their historical stadium, would compare to someone trying to change the name of Ninian park when we still played there. On a par with a colour change IMO.
Colour aside you cannot deny Tan has done good things for this club.
Its a very complex situation.

Stadium name changes are not on a par with shirt changes, nowhere near.

In your opinion. If someone tried to change the name Ninian Park to Visit Malaysia Stadium that would have caused as much deteste as the red shirts. In my opinion.

Just saying theres some right jokers out there in charge of football clubs, The Venkys and Mike Ashley to name two.
Rebrand aside I really do think Tan has been the perfect owner thus far.

Im not disputing that but most with a ground name change have moved to NEW grounds.
St.James Park or Sports Direct Arena whatever you want to call it is an historical ground.
Can you imagine Liverpool fans being happy changing Anfield to Fenway Sports Bowl?

We have moved to a new ground? im not happy that it not called Ninian park either but as far as the shit has hit the fan over the last year with the beer badge and red the ground name is the least of our worys. in context. if we'd stayed at NP and someone come in spent £30m redeveloping it they wuld have renamed it anyways. im not arguin with u feller. i miss NP too
