Good addition to squad IMO if we do get him.

I would happily take him but he is happy at Brighton and won't make any decision until the new manager is decided.

Are you able to put your point of view across without childish name calling? Or does it make you feel big?

Take it on the chin chuckles, life's too short to take things too seriously. Would like bridcutt to join us if we are genuinely in for him. Good little player.

Doesn't make it right though, eh?

I'd be interested in signing him. Surely the lure of premiership football would be able to tear him away from Brighton, no matter what manager comes in for them. :ayatollah:

It doesn't make it right but the more of a fuss you make the more attention you're going to get because of it.

I don't know a player that we're not linked with as of late.

As I said, manager or not.. The lure of premiership football may be too much for him. Players opinions change and a challenge of retaining this team in the top flight may be a good one for an ambitious player.

If we put the right offer in which is accepted by Brighton and the boy is ambitious it will happen manager or no manager.

Also get Noone to have a word with him

I personally think we have a chance. Brighton had a huge chance to go up and he want's to test hiself and he has the chance to join a potential stable Premier League Club.

24 years old, chance to sign for a premier league team, or stay in the Championship. No brainer.

Well for anyone with the slightest bit of ambition its a no brainer.

Happy at Brighton or not, the lad will be tempted to leave if he's offerede a contract in the Premiership heis a reading lad so
diference between Cardiff and brighton aint no great shakes. unless the lads a bum bandit ;)

Dont we have quite a few players in his position though? Would be a better idea to strengthen elsewhere

Crickey I did'nt realise Bloom was selling our entire 1st team as every club is linked with all our players. What next, Bloom selling the Amex to its former glory of fields.

No. Might be ok for a bottom half team but thats it. Top championship player but he'll struggle in the prem which is why i said bottom prem team, fighting relegation.

Just read that. Well QPR and Reading are a no go straight away. Hull ? Not a chance in hell. Cardiff? No as well but money talks in football and if a big bid came in and I mean a serious bid then I expect Bloom to listen but it would have to be around £6 million before Bloom contemplates listening.

Bloom has pumped £140 million into the club and isn't going to let our squad be dismantled on the cheap and Bloom needs to keep all our record 25,000 season ticket holders happy as if all our best players are sold we'll be fighting relegation meaning a drop in season tickets etc.

Bloom won't allow that to happen.

One of the best in the league last season for me. Better than what we have in that position. Need players like him who can genuinely pass a ball on the ground.

He wouldn't fit into your system. He's only effective in our style of play which makes him stand out so much but put him in yours and he'll be ineffective.

Palace had him on trials prior to us 3 seasons ago and Palace said he wasn't good enough and Bridcutt was looking for a club and when Narvro tore his ligaments Gus bought Bridcutt in on a one year deal until Narvro was fit but Bridcutt fitted in well and has been our best player because he plays in one position only. Scored one goal in three seasons.

It's all very well having a player who can pass the ball on the ground but you need 11 players.

I'd say whitts played in the same position last season but wasn't good enough. If malky wants to play that way, he would stand out well, everything going through him from the back.

If we need to play football on the deck next season and work as hard as last season otherwise we will suffer.

Sounds like Witts had a bad season as I think he's a better player than Bridcutt.

Wasn't his best season, but not his best position.

What happened with Vincente, thought he would light up the division.

Whitts carried us until xmas ffs. Lost a bit of form and people claiming he had a bad season. Utter nonsense.

Whitts passing range is superior to amyonelse at the club.
