If you have anger issues,you can get help for that...
Speak to your GP they can get you In touch with a group who can arrange a 1 to 1 or group sessions where your issues can be resolved and you will feel better for it.

Could be depression,Stress,Anxiety and all can cause you inner turmoil mate.

Since Cardiff city have been known as that, they have always worn blue & white. Yellow was added in the 70s and re-added more recently as it proved a popular colour to go alongside the more traditional blue & white.
